I have a question for y'all: I was talking with someone that I know today and she was telling a few of us about how she was recently pulled over by a leo, something about not wearing a seat belt. but early on apparently she was asked if she was carrying, to the best of my knowledge she doesn't have a hcp, and was not carrying. the leo then asked to search her car... in the chattanooga/cleveland area. It just seems odd that she would be asked in the first place.... When i get to take the HCP course i may get this answer, but is it appropriate for a leo to even be asking about carrying in a situation where someone is pulled over for a seat belt violation? Thanks

out of curiosity as I do not yet have a hcp, would you be able to renew it online. I was able to change my address for DL online and then received a receipt with updated info.

What most people do not realize is that most of us servers are only making $2.13 an hour, our living is dependent on tips. We do occasionally make mistakes, but many things are beyond our perceived control. I have had people not tip because the food took to long, which is usually something to do with the kitchen and not the server. or because I asked to see their ID for serving them Alcohol when they feel they are to old to be ID'd, which is state law. The kitchen staff/Hosts are still being paid their hourly but if you decide to not tip you are only hurting your server who is doing their best to care for you and at least 2 other tables, if not more.

I saw a couple of gentleman, nicely dressed in a chattanooga sbux a couple of weeks ago, i think it was glock and S&W. not sure though. i was wondering if they were private security or detectives... no one else seemed to notice. personally still would prefer to cc because i would rather not be an obvious target should the need arse to have one. but of course that will have to wait till i can afford to get my hcp and a handgun...
