1. What he talks about with the holster collapsing is what I hate about my Bianchi 100. It is about the only complaint I have about it.
2. Old thread but, we use the standard Fox 40 on our dive gear. They work great and it doesn't matter if they get wet. The ring on them holds up for a while after being in salt water but we usually use zip-ties to hold them on.
3. I think they answered there own question...... He could be both.
4. You could hunt with it too, deer, elk, moose, elephant, rhino........... Works just as well as a .375 H&H.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
5. Similar, friend of mine went to a walk-in clinic. The diagnosis was slight pneumonia, gave her an inhaler and some meds. 2 days later she still wasn't able to breathe well, went to the emergency room at the advice of another friend (Nurse Practitioner) and was admitted with pulmonary embolism, both lungs. Doctors do screw up and will at least kill one patient in their career.
6. ***Warning nothing I say may be correct*** Lee recomends only CCI and Winchester primers on their presses. They state that "Other brands, especially Federal, can explode with sufficient force to seriously injure the user or persons nearby." I spoke with one of my co-workers about this, he stated to me that he has never had a failure with Federal because they were a little hotter and softer than CCI. Is there any validy to this? I wonder if Lee had a lawsuit where someone blew their eye out or thumb off?
7. I have used http://www.cabinfevervacations.com/ about 3 times and have been pleased.
8. X2, I haven't heard from Gerbil Vent for a while. He may have gotten a new job from the last time I spoke with him.
9. x2 500 rds Blazer Brass $100, 500 rds Corbon DPX...$750 or 500 Golden Saber.....$500..... Ouch, that would hurt.
10. Dumb question what is the difference between standard and LE rounds. Looking at SpeerLE GD #53618 and Speer Perosonal Protection GD #23618, the ballistics seem to be the same. So what is the difference?
11. I have been looking at a Lee Classic single stage and a Lee 1000 progressive to do pistol rounds. Looked at the RCBS RockChucker but it is twice the price of the Lee.
12. Killing off private sales? I hope I'm joking if it wasn't clear.
13. I slightly disagree, if it were to be the standard then all should be held to the standard. If military service is mandatory for Males then it should be for Females also. I will treat you all alike - just like ****. - Richard Marcinko
14. Now I wonder if he actually pulled the gun from his holster or she just seen the holster and stated that to the police? Or did she charge him and he drew on her?
15. With the toys they have, they need to do a photo for real......It may be good advertisement for them.
16. What do some of the instructors on here have to say, and what did the letter exactly state as the reason why?
17. ****, my class is Sat. Its the Osama train taking over. "Law abiding gun owners have nothing to worry about", my ass.
18. I kind of disagree with you there. I think the lawyers should be put on the battlefields and see how far there knowledge and slick tongue get them.....without weapons or outsite protection.
19. Is there any course material to the class that you can pickup somewhere? Signed up for a class this month but I would like something to review for the written test.
