I went to mahoneys and they don't carry any autos. I handled just the regular rift to get a feel of the knife and blade and that's why i think i would really like it.

I was windering about the speed as well...i really like the osborne but that kicks up the price a littke too rich for my edc

I'm a paramedic so that's why i was looking at them.

Anybody have this knife? I'm looking at picking up this knife as my edc. I have started carrying a reverse tanto style blade and i love it. I seen this knife yesterday and I'm thinking i would really like it. Any reviews you guys can give me i would appreciate it. Or any knives with the same blade style you can recommend would be great also. Also what's benchmades lifetime warranty like? What all does it cover?

Well it's not going to see it anyways so I'm not going to argue with you but the gentleman I was told this by KNOWS what he's talking about. If the SHTF and all I had was 5.56...it would get fed 5.56

It's a .223 chamber. It's tighter than a 5.56 and this gun will only see black hills .223 or handloads so that's why I went with the match. I have been told I could still feed it some 5.56 as long as it doesn't have a steady diet of it.

Well I finally finished up my SPR build. I've been on this project for about 3 months and my barrel finally came in today so she got assembled. Haven't had a chance to take it to the range yet but will definately this weekend. Also am still pondering optics as I would like to see how she shoots out to 500-600 yards. other than that she just needs a Harris pod and she will be all finished up! Parts list and of course pic! Just buy a forged lower and don't worry about the polymer. They will last longer than you ever will...

I have 3 PSA lowers and they're all great!! But when the heck did you up they're prices on lowers???

I think that if there is more to the story then they were still not justified in going into his house and taking him into custody just for something he said. Yes he may have said some things that we are not all seeing. But short of a threat that will cause bodily harm to someone, he shouldn't be in custody at this time. I think a better approach would have been for them to monitor him for a while. If they had seen him doing something suspicious to cause concernt then I could see maybe them picking him up but this was a little pre-emptive.

Yeah i understand what your saying...of course the barrel will be free floated and i wanna squeeze every bit of accuracy out of this rifle i can so i can reach out and touch something!

I knew you would be on this fast that's why I posted it here...lol...this is gonna be a little more expensive but I am willing to pay it just to have it here quicker...not to mention your saying it's a better barrel. What kind of accuracy can I expect out of the barrel assuming I do my part. and this gun will only see black hills and handloads...

I have a WOA 18" SPR barrel that I'm in the "que" for to be made. I have read great reviews about these barrels and the accuracy that they are capable of so I picked it and headspaced bolt for an SPR build I'm doing. Well the only downside is that I have all my parts except the barrel and my FF handguard. My barrel won't be even started on for another 6-10 weeks. Well today I found compass lake and they said they would turn me an SPR profile Douglas stainless barrel with the headspaced bolt and have it done within 2 weeks. So my dilema is do I cancel my order with WOA and go with the compass lake or just suck it up and wait it out?

I didn't see one at ranier...but I'm getting the headspaced bolt so i just ordered it from WOA

I have heard there is a TN militia. It's kind of secretive I have heard. Never seen anybody that proclaims they are in a militia but they're probably being smart and keeping it on the down low...

Thanks I've built two other lowers before but this is the first one where I will be installing my barrel and putting the upper together...the upper isn't hard to put together at all...with the ar platform the hardest freaking thing is the front takdown pin!! I cuss every time I have to put one in!! I found a tool that has made it a million times easier and when I got it it went it the first time!!

Well I'm halfway done with my complete first build...I have never done everyhing from start to finish but I am enjoying this...I have everything I need except for my barrel which is still about 6 weeks out according to WOA. Here's a list of the parts I'm building it with. Some were bought new some were bought of the EE on AR15.com. Palmetto state armory stripped lower PSA MOE LPK Magpul PRS stock Rifle length buffer tube, spring, and buffer Spike's tactical upper White Oak Armament 18" SPR match barrel, 1-7" 223 wylde, Rifle length gas MI Low pro gas block MI SS15 Gen II rails and optics are still on the fence about Here's the lower build just waiting on the barrel.

If that's considered an aresnal in CA I would be like the freakin US military in CA. but I don't carry them all around in my tahoe...just half!! HAHAHA

I don't think the billets are worth the extra cost. And PSA has great lowers for 79.99 right now and I believe they're still doing the free shipping.
