I am looking to put up a 6' privacy fence in my back yard and am trying to get a general idea of what price I should expect to have it installed. I haven't measured yet as I just decided to do this this morning but I am figuring roughly 200 feet or less (probably less) of just the plain jane privacy fence. I don't really have the time to do it myself but if the cost will be significantly different then I may attempt it. Installed would be better for me though. My step father does carpentry work and is going to give me a quote as soon as I give him the length but I just really want to compare him to what most other people would charge. Any advice would be appreciated.   Just a side note; I have been known to shoot an airsoft gun or three in the backyard (city limits) and I don't want the neighbors calling the law on me. That's just one of the many reasons I love privacy fences.

+1 Why ruin that clean looking rifle with a big ole' optic? But to answer your question if it were me I'd definitely go with a "traditional" style scope.

Something about the followers hitting the mag release on the inside of the mag well in combination with the downward pressure applied to the mag by your finger........

Hopefully this is just an issue they had with some of the first runs. I don't know exactly what they have changed but I have been reading that they did a few updates to the design since it's debut. I don't forsee having any problems with it but I have only had a chance to shoot about two mags through it.

I know I am being paranoid but whenever I get a new/used gun I usually check online to see if their are recalls, service bulletins, etc. Seems to be some issues with the finger extensions on the LCP mags causing the mags to drop after shots. I haven't had that trouble yet but in a carry gun I want to be sure. Gonna shoot a 100 rounds through it to be for sure. Anyone else had any trouble with this? FYI this one was made in 09 serial prefix 372. It has the metal mag release.

Shot it yesterday and it ran fine. It is one of the early affected ones though so I guess I will just go ahead and send it in. It's a pretty accurate little gun!

Yeah mine is the Inox version but has the original firing pin that is eligible for the recall work. I have already applied for the pickup label and everything.

Has anyone sent their NEOS in for the recall work? Supposedly they have had issues of firing with the safety on as well as firing when putting the safety on. There is no cost to send it back to them for work but I have read reports of them coming back with worse triggers than when they left. I haven't even shot the gun yet as I just picked it up yesterday used but hey if I can get new parts and get the gun reworked for free then why not?   Just hoping someone has had some experience with this and can share.

Yeah I shoot it low as well. Must be that 347# trigger pull haha.

Yeah I have decided if I can run ten consecutive mags through it with no hiccups then it will satisfy me. I couldn't do that with the other one so I didn't trust it to carry. This one should suit me fine though. This is not a fun range gun though.

I bought a used KelTec PF9 a few years ago that ran flawlessly for as long as I had it and like a dummy I sold it. About 6 months ago I got the itch for another one and ordered a new one from Buds that was just plauged with problems. Weak extractor spring, extractor breaking, etc. I finally got it semi fixed and sold it off cheap with full disclosure. I was sick about it.   Well I have been looking for another pocket gun and decided to give the PF9 another chance. I got it for a good price along with 150 rounds of ammo. I went and shot 5 mags through it yesterday without a hitch. :up: I don't really have a point to this post but just thought I'd share for the heck of it. One thing is for sure, this little dude has some pop to it.
