DHS raiding store for counterfeit Coach bags? DHS? Really?
TerryW replied to TerryW's topic in General Chat
As a former sworn 5 year employee of the DHS I can tell you they abuse their power EVERY single day! I got sick of it and quit. I would bet a months pay they went over and above with FORCE, like I have seen more than once. I now work beside them and only see them in action 3 to 4 days a week, 48 weeks out of the year. Flame baiter. -
My nieces husband is Chinese and he thought that was funny. Not ROTFL funny but he said that he didn't feel that was racist, he thought it was stereotype humor. He said if it were derogatory to "his" people it would be hurtful. My wife's father was Polish and some of the best Polish jokes. He said when everyone can't laugh at themselves they might as well not laugh at all..

Do me a favor and show me anywhere in this thread I sympathize with the counterfeiters...... -
I don't know much but I think you thinking correctly in that make sure the crawl space is still vented so you don't get moisture and keep moisture in there.

We already are seeing it. Where I grew up the Border Patrol controls a stretch of highway that stops every single car, truck or motorcycle for the purposes of finding out who is a us citizen. It's 100 miles from the Mexico border. https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Unknown+road&daddr=El+Paso,+TX&hl=en&sll=32.526788,-106.025512&sspn=0.014492,0.033023&geocode=FfVX8AEdKCOu-Q%3BFYCZ5AEdbSOn-SlpO_7Fiz_nhjEiAp2r44SR4w&oq=el+&t=h&mra=ls&z=9 -

I'm pretty sure that's the same place. I saw it on the local news this morning. -
I hope this isn't a repost. It's pretty good and sad at the same time. Of course this happened in Illinois, home of Barry and all of his cheaters, liars and thieves.... Congresswoman Duckworth - talk about a smack down to a person deserving it, this is! We need more Elected Officials like her. Congresswomen Duckworth was brilliant and brings to mind the fact that she is a real war hero. She held the rank of Captain and was a helicopter pilot. Her helicopter was shot down over Iraq and she lost both of her legs and use of her right arm. Mr. Castillo 's business received $500 million dollars in federal business because he claimed he was a disabled veteran. Mr. Castillo's injury consists of hurting his foot while playing football at an elite college prep school! He never served a day in the service of his country, but he claimed playing football at a college prep ROTC was the same as an injury in combat! Watch what Duckworth says to Mr. Castillo, who has made millions from his "disabled veteran status", while real disabled veterans live under viaducts and in alleys because of what they saw or did in the defense of this nation. Give her four minutes to set this guy up before belittling him in front of a congressional hearing. And the speaker of the meeting let her talk longer than allotted regular time. I bought a Magpul MS2 sling that was counterfeit. The only way I could tell was the package had a lot of misspelled words. And when I can find a misspelled word, the spelling must be real bad. I agree the store needed to go but I would bet that DHS went in like the raid in Waco, Tx. -

You might be onto something. Maybe since 9-11 they have figured out ALL terrorists have fake Gucci bags. -
Why Department Homeland Security? I keep seeing story this on the news and can't find the connection between homeland security and counterfeit purses. I bet the DHS went in with guns drawn, flashbang and full on SWAT team to get the purses 'secured'. More of the police state action?

Is there a safe/certain way to find out what was stored in the barrels before we end up with them? ie label or coded stamp? The last thing I want any of my water in is an agent orange barrel. I bought one 55 gallon barrel that had either Mt Dew, Sprite or 7Up in it. It smells sooooo good. :yum:

Everything you've heard about crack and meth is wrong

I can remember dudes back in the late 70's that viewed the possible lifetime "flashback" affects of LSD as frequent flier miles. The more LSD trips they did today, the more free flights they would get later in life. :stunned: -
I can see using it quite often. The back part of my property is very hilly and loads of trees and I can't see getting a tractor, of any size, back there very easy.

You know, I will take you up on this.. Guess what one of the things I'm wanting to do? Fence and more fence. Sound familiar? lol

I'm in the market for a track loader. I'm really leaning toward a Bobcat for several reasons. 1) Bobcat invented the first skid steer. 2) most attachments available. I know almost all, if not all, the attachments attach the same(Bobcat) way. 3) looks like the easiest to maintain after looking "under the hood" of the units. 4) Bobcat was the only dealer to come out while we were poking around their lot. All of my reasons are very superficial. Anybody else with experience have a good, bad or ugly reasons not to go Bobcat?

TMF Oh, that's not good. We really didn't have much problem at all. We did have a mare that always wanted on the other side of the fence. We took her to sale barn after she, with her colt escaped and stayed in the road the whole time she was out.

Good fences are a good idea but we don't have much problem with an stock wanting to wander if they have plenty of food. We also feed grain for good beef and because it'll help get the poo plies to go away too. The birds come an pick through the poo for the undigested grain. The poo is then scattered by the birds and goes away much faster. Our pastures looked really clean for the amount of livestock we had.

I guess there were a bunch of clock issues in the last. I read where several people missed important meetings and such because the clock was messed up.

http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=f9b_1380313509 I think this might be fake, you decide.

Thread creep My buddy took a cell phone from an air marshal the other day. I bet you anything that air marshal is looking for a new job. I'm certain that shooting cell phone pictures up skirts won't look good on his resume.

I want to put a wooden fence up but I've got about 1200 I need to run and I don't want to paint it every year. What I want to know how do they make the top of the fence(the line) so perfectly straight? The lines I've ever made had a level floor. The dirt isn't so level.

I'm guessing fire might be an issue too?
