Requested C&R forms about Jan. 6 - finally received my forms Feb. 27 - completed application Monday, and mailed on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, all things C&R are disappearing fast, even Mosins

I know I guess by the time I get it back they be sold out of all stuff...

I got mine yesterday. Sent in the Application February 9th, it was returned to me Feb 26th (I didn't fill in the blank for the $30 Application Fee):), and I re-mailed it the 27th. So it took almost 6 weeks including my goof. I am now an Official Collecter of Curio and Relics :D

its been 8 weeks since they billed my debt card still havent recieved mine, and they havent refunded any money yet.

They bill you as soon as they receive your application. The actual process can take much longer.

Mine was waiting for me when I got back from work today!:):):):):)

I got mine pretty quick, all because of a mistake. I didn't wait for the official form and used one that was in PDF format online. Within 2 week of mailing it in, I got a call from a nice lady at the BATFE telling me that they cannot accept the 'non-official' form. To expedite matters, they were overniting me two complete blank forms. Once I got them, I filled them out and mailed them within a couple of days. Having gotten them today, my total wait time was 4 - 5 weeks.

Considering that I ordered the official forms around 5-6 weeks ago and still haven' gotten them, this was an unofficial 'shortcut', but I doubt that they will do this much longer. The BATFE lady did say that she hired someone to make an 'official' online PDF version and expects to have it ready by August.

Now to register at my favorite gun supply and C&R stores!:D
