Nice hunter for sale D2 blade and Walnut scales, comes with nice leather sheath. $125

The blade steel is D2, cryo heat treated to 59-61Rc, I feel the cryogenic process really makes a difference in the grain structure resulting in smaller grain size, better toughness and a slight increase in hardness. Holds a good edge but takes a little more work to sharpen. Knife is 8 3/4' long with a 4 1/2" blade, 5/35 thick. Handle is locally sourced Black Walnut nicely contoured to fit the hand. Comes with a nice leather sheath which I make. All work is done by me in house, keeps me out of trouble!
