Oh yeah,life is good and it will be even better once it gets here.Just got off the phone and the nice lady said that all 3 back ground checks were back and that she would go ahead and issue it today,and to please allow 7-14 days to arrive!Im so excited.Im off to the gun shop to pick out a holster!!!:tinfoil:

You'll get it Wed I bet, when she told me 7-14 days, it showed up in 3 days.

Congrats, you're one of the lucky ones.

I've got a good buddy who took the class with me, got fingerprinted two days after me, and called yesterday and they still haven't gotten his background checks back. I got mine in 25 days....

For most people I know, including me, the average when they say 7-14 days is 8 days. I actually got a call from Nashville telling me my permit was on the way.

Nice you'll be seeing it real soon, mine came today, wish I would have made the call sooner but it's old news now. BTW check out the Cop 3 slot holster from Galco very nice for the money and has dual capability if you ever decide to use it. Verry nice for the $.

The call does work. Fingerprinted and applied on 3/16. Called today. Lady said every check was back and she would issue it today. 7-14 days. Thats a total of 16 days since i applied.

That's incredible.

It's not like the number of applications has dropped off.

Still nothing yet for me! I called last Friday when I made this original post and they said they would issue it and to allow the 7 to 14.Well I didn't get nothing in the mail last week and being the impatient person I am,I called Thursday after the mail ran,and she said that it was issued on the Friday that I called and to allow 7 to 14 days.Im hopeing it will be here tomorrow,im about ready to bust!

Nope, not today either...I'll keep replying to myself until it shows up. This is driving me crazy! :D

No dice today... :D

It's been exactly a week + 1 day since they said it was issued. I could have walked to Nashville, picked it up and been home by now. ;)
