Range Time

Went out and practiced 50 rounds of 9 MM with my MP 9C 2.0 this afternoon. Practiced 15 rounds off hand from, 21 feet, 15 from 27 feet, and 20 from 39 feet. You may ask why the long-distance practice. Watched the church video of Jack Wilson stopping the murderer in the West Freeway Church of Christ recorded video located in Texas. He fired from 42 feet and did a head shot. Missed 2 out of the 50 on an 9" target.

I have a hard time of taking my time and want to get too fast.

So.....head shots are usually chest shots. 

I have a buddy that shot at guys chest and hit his pinky tip. Guy dropped and cried like a "B#$ch". He has no idea how he hit that far off, but it worked. Guy was in his house in the middle of the night. He was going to end the guy, but the crying stunned him for a moment and let him think it through. This guy knows how to shoot, but he's only shot at cardboard and never had his life on the line.

I have never had to pull a firearm in need. I pray I never do.

I will bet my last doller on having yours or another's life on the line makes a HUGE difference.
