Well at least the cops did go about shooting the dog. It is pretty scary that the tazer didn't work though .

tazers dont work on dogs, their electrical system is different from a humans.

That dog was 200% playing tug of war with that car. Our silly-assed Boston Terrorists do the exact same thing with ropes and toys. To that dog, the cop car was just playing - especially with the forward and reverse motions.
