Nothing wrong with a .380. With todays ammo,it's good enough a bad guy isn't going to know if you shot him with a .380 or 9mm. Not enough difference to worry about. Now a 45,that's a different hole.

Sorry, but 140 Ft/Lbs can make the difference between a severed aorta or a bruised aorta...or any other major artery for that matter.

So after fondling all of the weapons suggested by you guys I ended up getting the Taurus 709. Surprisingly, it had the best feel, (palm swell for my big hands), and trigger to it along with better sights. It also had the plus of having a safety on it. I plan on shooting it next Saturday to make sure everything's in order. Thanks for your input.
