Schmootika,

nice rifle there. I love saigas and just placed that same stock on my 308 (in fact, I was testing it yesterday - i just had to leave earlier before the party started).

by the way, and you may already know - if it's stock - then it's 'unconverted', which means it won't feed well from the standard AK mags - it needs a feed ramp. That 10 rounder it comes it is just slightly different.

Plus, with playing the 922r game - you'll need to add some US parts to be "legal" with the high cap mags.

They are fun. and addicting - you'll find yourself wanting more.

Yep, the 30 rounder is from my AK, we just stuck it in for pics because it looks better! Feed ramp was ordered last night from Dinzag.

And I'm gonna make sure she has some US made mags for that pesky 922 thing.

I wanted to thank all of you guys that let me try out your various toys. I had a blast today and hope to see everyone next month. BTW...after playing with that Saiga 7.62 I went and got me one today. :P Here is Olga my sweet little Russian Dame...Olga2.jpg

Thanks again!

Nice!

It was my Siaga you were shooting,, Glad you liked it, I knew it would hook you as soon as you shot it. They are great!

If you decide to get rid of that stock let me know, that's the one I want to replace mine with..

We were going to do the PG/Standard stock/FCG mod, but I think she really likes the gun the way it is. I prefer the PG/Stock look, but I must admit, the Dragunov-style stock is a lot more comfortable, and it looks pretty cool.

I am starting my search for one with the long barrel and the same stock to mount a scope and bipod on. My AK is ok for spraying bullets, but now I want a "reach out and touch someone" gun

Yes, I noticed that a few minutes ago. Lukily, I was discussing the matter with Hollie (should I go for the Saiga or get a Beretta) and noticed the .223. Thank the Maker I'd not clicked "Buy it now".

Back to the hunt!

The .223 would be a nice one to have, I don't know the difference in the cost of ammo but it would be a good 2nd Saiga,

My gun funds are down right now so it won't be me getting it...

Loki also said that he liked the AR platform. Maybe he should just get both.

I said I liked it. Didn't say I wanted one! I just have a thing for the cheap Commie-Guns!
