I had bad luck with this stuff; ftf,fte, ripped off rims, etc. This was with p mags, thermold 20 rd'ers, and GI 30 rd'ers. Fired through a Sig m400, which has been as steady as a Swiss watch. The ammo was on sale at Cabelas a while back, so I picked up some to try. Basically steel cased russian, but I never had these problems with russian 7,62x39 in my sks. Tight chamber in the sig, or am I missing something else? Only mods to the rifle is an A1 stock and buffer assembly.

It's just Tulammo. My buddy has had a few cases bulge, and caused the rifle to lock up with this last batch he bought.

I've never had an issue with it. All my AR's seem to think its fine. Maybe you just got some from a bad batch or your Sigs got a super tight chamber?

Yeah it is just Tullammo. I have one AR that doesn't like it unless I run it pretty wet but I also have one that eats it just fine.

All my ARs and 2 Minis have eaten it fine, just like other Tula.

 

Sounds like it's sticking in chamber, first thing to try is super good chamber cleaning with chamber brush. 

 

Quick search shows something about that Sig having some sort of  proprietary extractor "extension"? Maybe that figures in somehow?

I've never had a problem with it in any of my ARs. I'm kinda with those above me, dirty chamber possibly? I'll gladly take the remaining off your hands! Hehe
