If I was going to pick one of the two it would be the cabin/rv rental. I would start it with some rv sites and tent sites and use that cash to fund the cabins. I stay in an old rv park that is near a highway with no attractions and right now it is pretty much full. Consider that most rv parks charge around $30-$40 a night and between $300-400 a month to supply a place to park.
