I have the same one. I LOVE IT. Get you a little notepad to keep in there.
I number the hard spacers and letter the soft ones. I write down the combination for each gun. Alleviates fartin' around with it at the range.

Mine has been awesome.

Great idea. I just got the spacers together for the first Grendel rifle. This thing is SO MUCH BETTER than anything else out there. Grendel load development is first up.

One thing, depending on the rifle, you may notice group shifts. My CZ 527 (223) shoots like a housefire making cloverleaf groups with boring regularity.......but it does NOT like the bayonet sensor. Groups almost double. It's the only gun I have that does that, but it's something to consider. For that rifle I just group and measure velocity separately.

I just ordered one this morning from Midway by chance.  They have $30 off $300 which brings it down to $350.  That was the cheapest I could find it.  I will keep my ProChrono for pistols, but am looking forward to this for rifles.

Great idea Caster.  I will use that tip as well.

The Labradar looks cool, but I didn't like that it only detected up to 3900 fps.  I have some 22-250 and 204 rounds that are well above that.  Plus it was very expensive.  Cool idea, but I think still in the work out the bugs stage.

Midway is on my shit list. Got mine from Primary Arms. I'm keeping my ProChrono as well. Just moving it to the "last resort" category.

Yep. Expected that. I don't mind burning the ammo for a separate velocity check. I will probably wind up measuring a lot more stuff, as convenient as this is.
