  1. Buy this one and you'll have one for each hand. I'm only selling this one to possibly buy another older model .22lr.
  2. I use to, but switched to my Staccato C DPO Single Stack, and my Staccato CS DPO double stack. I carried the P's in a MILT SPARKS CRITERION, and a TT GUNLEATHER IWB and sometimes in a Kydex LAS AIWB without a problem. Just need a good holster and the main key is a good sturdy gun belt it will make all the difference. It dosen't need to be super thick and definitely not flimsy. Either a good leather gun belt from a good maker, Nylon Kore belts or any similar maker of good nylon belt.
  3. Out of site out of mind. If you have a good concealment rig and don't screw with constantly by tugging to see if it's there. I take mine into banks, post office, and everywhere there isn't a metal detector. Those sings mean nothing to me, I carried daily before they even thought about carry permits here in TN. Then when they offered them I went and took the two day classes that you had to do.
  4. Haven't seen any in person, but have read some and seen some reviews. It looks good and from the price point seems good, especially if it will run properly with the glock mags once you'd break it in with 500rnds. to see. Regular 2011 mags. are $60++ and that can add up quickly because most manufacturers are shipping their guns with two mags. some only give you one, Staccato is now only shipping with two they said "To help with the cost" but that's hard to believe, and I owned seven at one time. I'm down to one C Single Stack but they discontinued that model so I was glad I bought 15mags from the dealer at a good price, I have the new CS Double Stack that takes mags. only made for that model cause they redesigned the grip, so if you own any of the other Staccato Double Stack guns the mags. won't work. So if the Platypus runs with the Glock Mags. then I can see it doing well because of that alone. I'd like to handle one myself and see how it feels. Sorry that's all I got on it.
  5. It's mounted, took me awhile to get it right but at least my math was right on the mount height.

  14. Yeah Gun Broker is all over the place with prices. I have gotten some good deals there but everything I have bought off of Gun Broker I sent a message to the seller and bought all of them directly so I wouldn't have to pay sales tax. They usually didn't mind doing that. The pic's you posted, I'd be a buyer for around $500-$550 for that one. I've collected S&W Revolvers for the past three years, before that I tried to read up on them to get a better understanding. Many things will determine the price of them, condition, orginal boxes, mod. type, grips, ect... Like others said you can start high and go from there.

I sold three stag handled from the 20's and eight stag handled from the 40's that were in mint shape, and was able to put the down-payment on our house with just those. Let me know what you have and I'll try and help you possibly figure out what you have.
