A friend of mine has a bubba'ed up mosin made by Remington that is sitting in a safe with him trying to figure out what to do with it. No it is not for sale, already made offer, he is either going to scrounge parts and try and get back to original configuration or arch-angel it he hasn't decided due to the fact that you don't see a lot of them around. I did mine last May and renewed in the DOT office because of extended permit to match up dates on my DL and I may still have at home(wife is a pack rat). I will check and see and scan if I do.

I have always shot WWB JHP 180 grain in my xd40. It has always been accurate and fairly cheap. It has bigger exspansion and almost same penetration as Ranger T's. Looks like I will be shooting the same.

I can't believe no one is going to throw the FN FAL out there. Shoots .308 and a blast to shoot. Somewhat heavier than an AR10, but can't be beat.

I have to second the Smith revolver. I found a 30-1 cleaning out my grandmother's house after she died and it had the sweetest trigger of any gun I have ever shot.

Did you see the thing going around on FB? Is that why you are asking? If so, That was an article from 2014, that never made it to the House and got killed in committee. The reason I saw it was, my duaghter asked me the same thing. Not sure why it is going around FB now. If I am wrong and constitutional carry did pass and I am not aware of it, please correct me.

A friend of mine in SW Tennessee got robbed from his house last week. Everyone please be on the lookout for these guns for sale that seem sketchy. Here is the list he sent me. I have been type 1 diabetic for 34 years and I am starting to have some complications. That being said, keep you BS in line and A1C below 7.5 and you will be fine. It is a hard life but will save you in the long run. I have type 2 friends that have more complications after 5years than I have after 34 from not taking care of themselves.
