  1. I remember back in 99 when they made their first port call in HI. Russian dudes in downtown Waikiki wearing their little stripped shirts - very weird at the time. Then a couple years later I found myself on Red soil for a JCET, then I was getting all the weird looks.
  2. Our current racial dilemma presents so many social disparities for the other than "Black" races. When will either the local or federal governments respond to this? Whites being beaten indiscriminately and no repercussions and the constant threats - what are we thinking; it's just going to die out. It comes to a point when words are like seeds, they take root with people especially in times like these with high unemployment, 1 in 7 persons on some form of government support, etc... Does it make it okay because they're black and angry at an injustice of so long ago? It seems that we as a white society are powerless when it comes to addressing real threats in the community, we just give it the brush off and label it as okay because the majority of society is to politically correct and soft. If I expressed such blatant murderous sentiments towards another race I would torched by the media and surely suffer severe personal loss. Screw this I just sent in a complaint to the DOJ. Let them come, let them act - if those we've elected as representatives will not act I'll show them the prettiest crimson color there is. http://www.justice.gov/contact-us.html
  3. Never thought about the tinder piece, maybe now I will stop making a mess with the dryer lint.
  4. Graycrait is the resident Yoda when it comes to all things .22. I will also 2nd the ruger platforms. Graycrait showed me how to do the trigger job on the MkIII and since then I have bought a Volquartsen Scorpion. The trigger on it paled in comparison to what Craig showed me how to do. If I were you I would go for the mkIII 22/45 with the TB and iron sights but make sure you get a newer one with replaceable grips. Then throw on a red dot in the ruger dovetail mount and you will be very pleased. Sp
  5. It's a great place here, welcome to TGO.
  6. I'll second that one.
  7. +1 after living in Indonesia for a while with those fresh Sumatra beans I learned the French press was the best way.

    Bazooka!

I found 3 yesterday in a locker when we were moving buildings, if you want one PM me.
  10. Thanks, it's a great shooter too.
  11. Ignorance at its finest...please come visit my polling location on election day.
  12. Oh man +1 million on that.... can't wait to value something in old Copenhagen tins and argue over it
  13. I'm interested in this also. I've been looking for a good place and group to run though some of the drills with.
  14. Yea same here, it's much better than the ipb. I just wish we could see the new classifieds on tapatalk. I like the way the new ones look on an actual computer but who really uses one of those anymore.

I would put my money on the instructor telling you wrong. Also, I would say in size yes the 28 wins but the fuzing and warhead system on the LAW is far superior. The entire bore riding pin and inertia driven base detonating system with only a 50/50 ratio for the shaped charge puts it as a failed system early on. The piezo and det speed of the M72 warhead is one of the fastest and most efficient still to this day of mass produced designs and with the optimum cone angle and standoff distance the 72 punches deeper and faster than the M28 series. Anyway, glad to know there is someone else around that can appreciate what it's like to put 90mm recoilless rounds down range.

    Bazooka!

You mean 67mm actually for the LAW.
  18. I'm on a IPhone 4. I closed it out in the tray, changed passwords and restarted. I ultimately had to delete and reinstall the app to get it to work. It all started after I did the most recent Tapatalk update. But all is well now.
  19. Is anyone else having an issue with tapatalk? I can't login to the forum, it gives a message stating that login has failed and the administrator has restricted access. It's been that way since yesterday afternoon.
  20. What?? I can't believe they cast Tom Cruise - I bet Mr. Child is regretting his decision of selling the movie rights. I have to say I will be with you Motasyco, I will not be seeing this one. I have read all the Reacher novels to date and Tom is just to much of a wuss. They should have cast somebody like Gerard Butler or Clive Owen at least.
  21. Another entertaining one is Z day. It's a zombie situational survival game. A couple of us at work played it to see who can get the best score. Jk you round up all those parts yet so we can build you a glorified zombie killer.
  22. Not to hi-jack the thread but Dolomite you just saved me $329.00, I was about to order a PacLite and saw your comment and picture. As always you definitely bring some outstanding knowledge and experience to the forum. So I just fired off a question to Volquartsen about the new LLV and what the breech was made of. Sp
