As I was driving from Knoxville to Monteagle tonight I realized that if you got the tennis ball launching one, you could make a giant sabot and then put a cornhole beanbag in it. Then set the board up a ways away and play extreme cornhole. Just another thought since we were on the sports thoughts.

I'm in. Or you could put buckets at different ranges and try to land it in them, like 5 gallon buckets or something. Even better, build a flash suppressor that acts as a putter.

What I would really like though is a grenade launching spigot for the ar, saw a video of a guy shooting a tennis ball off a blank WWII dummy grenade, or rather it was attached to the dummy grenade.

Same here, nice to keep in a case in a car where space is a minimum.

You could go with a free float, quad rail and put a railed gas block on it. Then put a flip-up, back-up iron sight on it, like the Troy, or Yankee Hill models. Kinda nice because you can fold it flat so it doesn't stick above the free float tube, but you have it if you need it.

You don't like the Mako grip? I have one on mine and like it for the most part, given I have a vertical grip as well.

Yankee Hill makes some pretty good quad rails, that's what I have on mine. As far as magazines go, Magpul makes ones that are pretty hard to beat. That said though I have an equal number of standard steel magazines and Magpul ones. Though I'm replacing them (USGI steel ones) as I go to Magpul P-Mags.
