    Xbox 360 woes

My thoughts exactly. I just got done playing for about 1.5hrs and so far, so good. Hey Daniel, have you downloaded much stuff from the wii marketplace? I was wondering what they had in the way of N64 titles... Goldeneye, Shadows of the Empire?

Yeah, I read that could happen if you do it over and over but, I figure next time I have a problem, I'll do the X-clamp removal mod.

    Xbox 360 woes

Ok, so I had talked to Microsoft and they were not willing to cover my box under warranty (it was manufactured in 05, and has worked perfectly since day 1). So, after scouring the internet for an hour or 2, I decided to try to fix it myself. I was planning on taking it apart later today, but I decided to try something before I did. It's called the "towel trick" and it's supposed to work for both RROD and the no video issue that I was having. Anywho, you wrap the xbox in 2 towels, and turn it on. Let it run for 20minutes (it will probably shut itself off due to the heat). Afterwards, wait 20-30min for it to cool. Then power back on. Worked like a charm for me! Apparently, it heats the solder on the GPU up enough to "correct itself". Surely it's only a temporary fix, but it saves me from having to open it up today! Time for some COD4...
  5. I need a turkey sandwich. Also I see no pics. I will assume you are all lying until I see pics.
  6. IF you hire a patent lawyer, and don't make your own technical drawings. They can be had for less as long as you're willing to do the paperwork and footwork yourself.

  9. Haha, when I filled out one of those deals for a Kroger Plus card a few years back, I thought the same thing... My plus card is registered to a Mr. Orson Wells @ 1984 Bigbro Ln... I crack myself up...

  12. NICE! For some reason that first pic had this running through my head: "I'm a Mac" "I'm a PC" "I"M A MOTHER FARGIN' .45!"
  13. I think I'm going to start selling tac-rail mountable versions of these badges
  14. Oh yeah? Do you have to have a brick and mortar store front? I've heard that it's actually pretty hard to get a so-called "home FFL".
  15. I got my C&R application in the mail yesterday, and I requested it about 5 weeks ago. What's involved with getting an 03FFL? I mean, besides filling out an application.

Never owned an XD, but I liked my G19 just fine... even if it can't hold a candle to my USPc...

    My New USP9c

Yeah, I just figured they would have ancient date codes because of what they were asking for... but then again, they've stayed in business for years, so I guess some fools are buying them...

    walther p 22

Are you sure you aren't thinking about one of Sig's "2-Step" pistols? They're full sized 226 and 229s which come from the factory w/ a .22LR slide. Purchasing one gets you a deal on purchasing the 9mm or .40 slide for either at a later date.
  23. It's oh so fail, making it oh so win.
