  1. Will the Gen 3's still be being manufactured and sold?
  2. That's awesome! I'd been eyeing some of C3's receivers lately, and gotta say they look like they're putting out a good product.
  3. Maybe he saw "Virginia Machete Slaughter"?
  4. Unbelievable. So, are these contracted Wackenhut types or something that work on base?
  5. "It isn't fair!!!"
  6. I like my job, but with a slow year in the construction industry, I've been layed off a LOT more than I've been working. I don't hate the job, but the whole "Nobody Has a #*$@ing Clue What's Going On" thing that is so prevalent in this industry is pretty annoying, and I was beginning to get burnt out. I've since switched gears, and am hoping to make a leap into an entirely different line of work. Here's to hoping the transition not only happens, but that I like it as well.
  7. I've got an idea. You should fill every thread that has anything to do with Glock w/ your thoughts on how Glock needs an external safety because you can't keep your booger hook (or a bad guy's, or a kid's) off the bang switch.

    Garand pr0n!

    It "it's", not "it".
  9. YIKES!
  10. Hell yes! Love that paint scheme!
  11. Thank god for life imitating art, or this could have turned out much worse.
  12. It's unnecessary.
  13. Looks great! I for one would love to see a pic of it sitting in some brush.
  14. Anybody had a look at the new Medal of Honor game coming out next year? From wiki: Here's the cover pic that's been circulating: Lol, looks like you'll be playing the part of this guy: Anywho, here's a trailer for the curious: Medal Of Honor (2010) Video Game, Spike VGA 09: Exclusive Debut Trailer | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com
  15. It was kinda tounge in cheek. I was trying to say a Glock needs a thumb safety like a 1911 needs a double stack mag in the same vein that someone might say "I need a new car like I need a hole in my head". I like the Glock the way it is, and I don't think it needs a thumb safety. I also like the 1911 the way it is (slim-ish), and don't think it would benefit from a double stack mag.
  16. I've built a few systems and always used ASUS motherboards. Never had a problem with them.
  17. So what was the vendor response on the event?
  18. Yeah, also instead of an all out shoot out during the kidnapping, they moved down the entire corridor taking turns covering while the other was moving. Funny thing is, until you just pointed it out I never noticed the more realistic aspects of that movie... I guess I only notice the big mistakes!
  19. Haha, I can't remember what I was watching, but someone had the slide locked back, inserted a full mag, dropped the slide, then racked the slide. I was cracking up
  20. Fixed.
  21. From what I understand, you DO have to have a data plan, but it isn't the same data plan required by PDA phones (Blackberries and what not).
  22. I don't think you're supposed to show off the wolf pack knife... I think it's the kind of thing people are only meant to see in their last moments on earth.
  23. I'm eyeing the Droid pretty closely. I've been wanting an iPhone, but I've been more than pleased w/ Verizon's service over the past several years. With Verizon, if I need to talk to someone at Customer Service, I'm talking to someone at their Murfreesboro call center, NOT someone in New Delhi (I'm looking at you, Sprint). Verizon has offered me one for $99 with a new contract, I'm thinking I'll probably jump on that. I'm a heavy gmail user as is, and I've heard the gmail integration is solid as F.
  24. I'd expect nothing less
  25. Keep in mind that "contractor time" is kept in a alternate dimension and cannot be related to GMT. To the OP: Informing Mark about the phenomenon of "contractor time".
