  1. Haha no worries. I've decided not to try reloading aluminum cases. However, I've not decided what I'm going to do about moles yet, so please continue haha
  2. This idea is second only to melting Terminators haha
  3. Seems like it's not the way to go then. Thanks for all the input guys. I'll throw it in the bucket with the steel cases.
  4. So the problem would likely be that the aluminum is too hard or too brittle to be resized?
  5. I recently received some empty aluminum 9mm cases in a batch of misc. brass. I don't see why these can't be reloaded, but I've personally never heard of anyone actually doing it. Anyone have experience or potential issues I should be aware of? Thanks in advance. I did a brief search on this but came up empty. My apologies if it's already been discussed.
  6. That looks really simple. I'd say that's the route we'll go. Thanks!
  7. We do have K valve tanks. Thanks for the info! I'll keep you up to date on how the gun does when we get it.
  8. Thanks! We're divers and have a spare tank that could be dedicated to filling the air gun, and there's a local dive shop. What's the apparatus that goes on the tank called?
  9. The A2 front sight post will show up in some lower profile holographic sights. I've put an Eotech on a rifle with an A2 post before and remember seeing it in the sight picture. I don't recall whether or not it actually prevented the use of the Eotech or not.
  10. Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. My dad is wanting one. Seems like it would be pretty cool. I like how you can control the pressure. Also, can anyone recommend a good compressor? https://www.pyramydair.com/s/m/Seneca_Sumatra_2500_500cc_Reservoir/1077 Thanks in advance!
  11. Most of the time, I think it's someone who wants to put an Eotech or Aimpoint on without changing the gas block. Pretty tacky, if you ask me.
  12. Welcome! My dad used to have a lease in the Nashville area and that's where I killed my first 3 or 4 deer. I'm not sure of the best way to locate such a thing, but something to keep in mind!
  13. I don't race ministock personally, but I have a couple friends who do. What are you looking for?
  14. I know I'm late to the party, but plus one for the positive reviews. I've bought a rifle and several optics from him. Great guy and easy to deal with!
  15. They have an awesome course!
  16. I think they've had an ownership change in the past year or two. I haven't personally been, but I've heard it's better.
  17. Hey guys, a buddy of mine is having trouble with his 7400 (chambered in .270) bending case mouths. It's not terrible, but definitely noticeable at a glance. He also said it's accuracy has went downhill of late. I haven't shot it myself yet, but I've cleaned it (minus pulling the bolt and stripping copper from the barrel). Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it to bend cases, and could that be related to the alleged degradation of accuracy? Thanks in advance
  18. No problem. I'm just glad it's fixed
  19. Still haven't heard anything from David. Is he still around?
  20. I PM'd TGO David a couple days ago, but I haven't heard anything back. Does anyone have any more ideas? I really need to post a want ad.
