Yep. I've been considering some NFA stuff for the last couple years, and am finally about to jump on it for similar reasons. If they don't rewrite the NFA act of 1934, they'll at least raise the tax on them. I'd like to get in now. Plus, it's an excuse to buy more guns

Yeah, it's weird if not downright stupid. IIRC you don't need to have a bg check or 4473 to get one, no need for an ffl to have them shipped, so it's nonsense. -
