  1. I guess he could be killing brain cells in front of a tv or video game system instead. Call him a loser when he is your boss at 18 years old. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  2. I wish... Unfortunately Tractor Supply does not carry ammo. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  3. You guys realize the op is looking for a range holster right? The glock holster for under $20 is about as perfect as it gets for his needs. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  4. How did the whole recruiter process work? I've gained more grey hairs in the last year I care for and have considered the same thing. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. Just get the glock holster and be done. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  7. About 5 years ago I did with an elderly friend of mine. I don't remember the brand but it was a white curved box. It took forever for someone to pick up and even then the person was non caring. I would suggest one of those senior cell phones instead that just has a few buttons with one being 911. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

If you are looking to buy let me know. I can recommend some exceptional breeders. Both of mine are show quality (the younger one is getting ready to start showing) and have great temperaments, excellent around the kids and calmed down relatively quickly. Of course hyperness, chewing, and general mischief is directly related to the amount of time spent training the dog. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  9. I second the TN Mason jar. I get some REALLY good stuff out of sequatchie county. Not overly strong knock you on your butt either. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  10. Shoot I remember when most business were closed on Sunday. Sad part is that was less than 15 or so years ago! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  11. Pretty sure I'd do like any decent human and try to destroy it! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. Yeah one time when I was helping a vet out with a 240+lb mastiff. The things head was the size of a basket ball. I led him into an exam room that was about 8x8. He had to go one way and I had to go the other just to get out of the room. He was in front of the door when I looked at him and realized that if he attacked me there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  13. I remember: Cells phone were actually installed into your car. (My dad actually had a rotary mobile phone) A few old school acronyms- BBS (bonus points for those that can name 3 programs these ran on) LORD CP/M FIDO My first computer was a Sinclair ZX 81 My first portable computer was a Kaypro that weighed like 50lbs I have been on a "party line" Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  14. That's pretty cool. Any idea how old the kid is? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  15. How about a Tangfoglio? They have some interesting models that would fit the budget. One the the guys at my LGS is always raving about them. Seem to be decently built. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  16. I can imagine that there must have been wild panic in the store. People running away from this mad man screaming. I'd even bet the swat team showed up to deal with this wild OCer. Or more than likely you were the only one in the store that noticed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  17. Read about the magical flight of the arrow: http://sportsmansguide.com/Outdoors/Subject/SubjectRead.aspx?sid=11&aid=170392&type=A Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  18. You missed the part of the op that said he wanted a metal gun. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  19. I don't see the reason for all the argument. I do both depending on where I'm going. I have yet to have the cops called, no one has screamed and ran away, etc. IMO OC should be done in a polite respectful way. This allows exposure. Exposure leads to indifference. The more we expose people to the polite gun owner the more support we can get. There is a time and place for everything. There is also the problem that arises from bickering amongst ourselves. If enough support could be gathered to change our HCP to a ccl then how big of a step is it to eliminate it all together? While we may not agree on one style of carrying, we should be united in supporting any style of carrying. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  20. I have one similar to this: http://www.slik.co.jp/slik_com/VS-505QF.html It is pretty stout. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  21. I've heard from a couple people that have taken the class there that their strong suggestions come across as fact of the law. One friend told me that they teach shoot to wound. I haven't taken any courses there but it makes me wonder. The class is taught by local police so I would say they are just trying to avoid as many mwag calls as they can. I took mine with sgt Haskins there and it was highly recommend cc but did say that OC was legit. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  22. It will get you close. I think my last one was $550 out the door. Strangely it won't you a used one, they seem to be selling for $100 more than new. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  23. The carry concealed part is a strong suggestion not the law. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  24. Nah you just need to raise your price point. Lots of great pistols out there. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  25. I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe a light weight table top that hooks into three camera tripods. Two out front and one on the right side. It would be lightweight and height adjustable. With nine legs should be stable as well. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
