Sorry to hear he is closing and I have been through Fairview many times back years ago and it always struck me as a town that never wanted to grow. I would drive through it and see a new business open and 3 months later drive through and see an empty building.................jmho

He gets that back if found not guilty and released minus a 10% fee. The bonding company is only guarantying he will appear in court and if he fails to appear the bonding company has to pay the $400,000.00 Hayden only has to come up with 10 % of that to get bonded out which meant he gave the bonding company $40,000.00 cash. The Bonding company will get 10% of the $40,000.00 or $4,000.00. The Bonding company can only get $4,000.00 even if convicted also. They will have to give him back $36,000.00. I have a buddy that owns 3 Bonding Companies with one of there right here in Gallatin where I live. The only thing a Bonding Company does is say that you will appear in Court when you are told to and if you fail to appear normally the judge will extend the case 30 days to give the bonding company time to get the Bounty Hunters finding the Bond Jumper before making them paid the whole bond.

Unless she ask for Ice Coffee which they did not offer at the time of the law suit common knowledge is you ask for coffee it will be hot.  And McDonalds has had the words Contents are hot on them for as long as I can remember........... :shrug: :shrug:

How many people that 12 people on a  jury would give a woman 4 million dollars for dumping hot coffee from McDonalds on her own lap when she knew it was hot and it was marked Contents are Hot on the lid. Don't count this guy out yet.  There have been quite a few people have jury's give some pretty incredible money figures to over recent years for a lot less than this guy had done.   I bet Metro winds up settling out of court if he does sue rather than look like the fools they really were with this case.......jmho

Oh no, they did arrest him on the first warrant and he posted $150,000.00 and they released the supposed victim back into his custody. That is what confused me. Then for the Ex to go to a different Parrish and file yet another charge and added stuff to it makes it all suspicious plus he had to post another $250,000.00 bond on that charge. There was no good ole boy stuff. He was arrested twice. 

It was about 2AM and I was not in a good mood catching to guys in my garage stealing my high dollar fishing gear from my bass boat ........ :rant: ..........Was not in a mood to put up with a sorry butt dispatcher............. :up:

Hey , I actually did that and it works.     I didn't shoot the two guys but did tell dispatcher since I was going back to bed I was just going to shoot both of them in the back of the head and go back to bed. Heard sirens in about 30 seconds and dispatcher said it would be 20 to 30 minutes.

I think it can safely be noted that controlling an UZI by even some of the most qualified shooters is not an easy task. The gang members in many gangs like these guns for the fact that they can spray a large area with many bullets in drive by shootings because the gun is very well noted for it's ability to walk in many different directions just by pulling the trigger...........jmho

I don't know why all the instructors just don't start all students age 12 and under out on Barrett M82A1 with about 5 magazines and be done with it. If they past the Barrett M82A1 Test they are good to go with anything smaller.........................jmho

First you have to understand Louisiana and how they do things down there. If you understand the Cajun ways things are done you would know.  To begin with one Parrish has zero clues what goes on in another. It;s like the Federal Government on a much smaller scale. Police and courts in one Parrish seldom if ever communicate with another Parrish. The EX wife knows that and that is why she went to another Parrish to seek and get another Warrant sworn out on Hayden. Had they communicated the first Parrish would have told the second Parrish what was going on and that they already had him out on bond for the charge and they probably would never had issued that second warrant. They would have just called Hayden up and told him to come back in about the second charge.......I know is sounds kinda strange but that's pretty much the way things work down there................jmho

Truth be known stupidity on so many levels of this very serious incident is just overwhelming. A man has lost his life. His family has lost a son, Husband, father. A little girl has more then likely been suffering some kind of shock  because she will carry a guilt with her all of her life for something that really was in no way her fault but she will suffer what she witness that few seconds will be in her mind for ever. That gun did not kill that instructor. That man killed himself with stupidity and I have said for years and will say it as long as I am alive and that is    "You Just Can't Fix Stupid"!!!!!   Prayers I will send for the man, his family and that little girl tonight.

There are few former employees that had some serious issues with Hayden on the Show and it could be one of them putting the ex and the girl up to it? I really think if there was anything to it the girl would not have been placed back in the home after the first charge..........jmho.     I have seen stranger things happen in my life. I do think he was kinda hard on his employees a lot. I didn't watch the show a lot just because of all the drama even though they did build some cool firearms. ............jmho

I always thought Will had an attitude about the way he treated other people on the show and for that reason I seldom watched the show but I am going to hold out on my judgement on this because I have seen quite a few of these cases start out in one direction and turn out exactly opposite from where you thought they would. So to me he is Innocent until Proven guilty in a court of Law. Had a really good friend of mines family totally destroyed because of a daughters lies. These people were pillars of the community. Christian church going hard working people. 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter that was sneaking around and dating this kid when her father told her she was not allowed to date till she was 16. She had been having sex with the boy and she got mad at her father because he would not allow her to date right then so she reported him for sexually abusing her. Of course there was an extensive investigation and when the daughter was examined by the doctor, she was not a virgin and of course they blamed that on the father. Before the truth came out the family was dissolved with wife filing for divorce, lost their home, lost his job, all bad that could happen did happen to him and his wife and then the truth came out when the boy and girl were caught together by the mother in their home and the boy scared half to death copped to it all to the police and the girl finally told the truth. She said she lied because she was mad at her father but never thought it would do so much damage. That is the main problem. They don;t think, they just act.  A perfectly good family and marriage destroyed because of a young girls lies. So with that said. I will with hold my judgement on Will Hayden till all the facts are in...............jmho

    Towards the end of a round of golf, Dave hit his ball into the woods and found it in a patch of pretty, yellow buttercups.     Trying to get his ball back in play, he ended up thrashing just about every buttercup in the patch.     All of a sudden, POOF!     In a flash and puff of smoke, a little old woman appeared.     She said, 'I'm Mother Nature! As a matter of fact, you'll never have any butter for anything for the rest of your life!!!'     Then POOF!... she was gone!     After Dave recovered from the shock, he hollered for his friend, 'Fred, where are you?'     Fred yells back 'I'm over here in the pussy willows.'     Dave shouts back, 'DON'T SWING, Fred!'  FOR THE LOVE OF GOD,  DON'T SWING!!!'

i would start them off with a single shot 22 to age 12 from age 9 and then she would only move up if she learned it all. Boys the same way. 22 single shot rifle and maybe a 4.10 shotgun in single shot.............jmho

How much seating does she have?  I have a bunch of fishing buddies that are a great bunch of folks that also have HCP's that live in that area and they hold Bass tournaments in and around that area and normally they will have a get together a day of two in advance to talk things over. Sounds like it might be a great place to hold a few meetings and have some good food at the same time. Would like to help those that support our feelings and the Constitution.   Also anyone got a road trip planned yet from around here?

Well Ugly, It may be Prime Real Estate but a lot of that Prime Real Estate got shook really bad yesterday and it seems that if that Real Estate is not shaking it's burning so either Prime burns really well or Prime is gonna fall off in the ocean 1 day from the shakes and tremors but I just don't see anything prime about it plus their laws suck...............jmho

I never said anything about if an unarmed man attacks you that you don't have the right to defend yourself but a guy pulling up his pants is not attacking anyone and you have several officers backing you up is a far cry from having one attacking you as the situation in Ferguson MO. I think that officer had every right to shoot the man that had just attacked him viciously and was possibly trying to kill him. Two totally different situations with the same outcome......................jmho

Don't have a clue where a bike shop might be but I know where Walmart is and I have about three other small grip pistols that I might be able to use it on so not much will go to waste............. :up:
