In a way I think the willingness to change one's position based on further information is a sign of intelligence. As long as it's based on information rather than the wind I'm ok with it. When I was young I thought I was a democrat. Would I be more acceptable here if I had remained so? I don't respect anyone who digs in their heels and gives no heed to new facts as they arise. Given his being a New Yorker and their long history of being anti-gun, I wouldn't expect him to be pro-2nd his entire life. People like Kasich, on the other hand, are a different matter. He can state how pro-2nd he is but his actions demonstrate otherwise.

I've blocked a couple of members in the past. Some people just have no social value to me at all. The forum later banned them so my instincts must have been accurate.

He's never mentioned making deals and the 2nd in the context of each other. I think you are trying too hard to make a connection between the two.

Interesting. I've had a Shield and got rid of it because it didn't shoot well with me: however, I do have huge hands. I had a M&P 9c that was the biggest POS semi-automatic that I've ever owned. For their part, S&W sent me a new mag release assembly without questions and free of charge, but the gun still retained the problem of releasing the mag while in the holster. Not a good trait in a SD handgun. I know own several P320's in 9mm, .40, and .357 Sig which have performed flawlessly. But it sounds to me like they were trying to save you $55; not pass the buck. But I realize that I'm only getting one side of the story too.

My 2014 RAM 2500 doesn't do it anywhere near what the Ford F150 did. I'm sure it is an effort to reduce weight, but damn it's a noticeable difference.

I had a 2009 F150, and the results don't surprise me. That damned truck dented when you looked at it wrong. You could see the sheet metal flex when you shut the door. When a kid put a deep and perfectly round, (and deep), dent in the tailgate with his bicycle handlebar I got rid of it.

As I've said before, I'd vote for a turd in the yard over Hillary. What's that tell you what I think about Kasich?
