  1. Just because you can doesn't mean that you should. Their intent to scare the police was quite evident, and they are lucky they didn't get shot.
  2. I handgun, being modular, has the serial number on the trigger module which can be easily removed by rotating the take down level downwards, removing the slide, and then pushing out the take down lever out. The trigger module then pulls out. You order the larger slide, barrel, frame, and magazines in the size for compact, carry, or full, and put the trigger module in the new frame in the reverse order. Personally, I like the "carry" size as it offers a shorter/lighter barrel and slide than the "full" size, but takes the full size magazines. What started as a compact .40 is now a carry sized .357 Sig.
  3. $379 or $407 depending on the size, but you also get 20% DOL off your first accessory order when you've bought a P320 making it $303.20 or $325.60. I bought a bunch of stuff with that order which is why I was off by $54.
  4. I've owned both and am the opposite in preferring the Sig. I have it in .357, 9mm, and .40. Conversion would cost you that much IF you buy several, but when you buy a P320 you get a considerable discount on a conversion kit. It was more like $249 IIRC. What bothers me is that you cannot order the P320 with the grips that you want. I have very big hands but can only get the gun in medium. I have to pay $49 for a large grip module.
  5. IIRC, the car that was stopped was engaged in some type of road rage incident at that address, and the guy shot was a Nashville firefighter.
  6. 30oz per day for me...usually. Sometimes I go for a triple venti latte in the day too. I can't see myself EVER downing 120.2oz at once.
  7. All due respect to Ayoob but we are in Tennessee. He's speaking to the US as having to address the least common denominator as far as the law is concerned.
  8. My guess is that it's more about the ability to change grip sizes and barrel lengths for the soldier than anything else. I have 3xl hands so I appreciate the ability to put the large grip size on my P320's. Imagine a man or woman with small hands. I would imagine they'd appreciate being able to change to the small grip on a carry frame for their pistol.
  9. "A military lawyer who made a presentation during the Industry Day noted that the United States is not a signatory to the Hague Conventions which outlawed the use of 'dum-dum' and expanding bullets more than a century ago." That's contrary to what I was told when I was in the Marine Corps, but if it's true then more power to them. But I will point out that many personnel have complained that the 9mm doesn't penetrate through battle gear well enough. Changing to a hollow point won't change that whereas approximately 200 fps faster bullets will. I would think more in the lines of penetrator rounds would be better as long as one of your own wasn't behind the bad guy.
  10. I was thinking .357 Sig ball ammo would be better.
  11. That would violate several accords, no?
  12. Well, I certainly like my P320's. I find it curious that one of the articles mentioned sticking with the 9mm but developing better ammo for it. How do you develop better ball ammunition?
  13. The point was that my safe cannot be carried off like in the story. Anything can be broken into given time and determination to do so.
  14. Everyone? I don't think so.
  15. Mine's bolted down too, but to a concrete floor.
  16. Carried off the safe too implying that it wasn't much of a safe.
  17. May have been around a while, but it's the first I've seen it. It made me LOL!
  18. "Boutique" ammo or normal, I don't think an extra 200 fps or so was a bad thing.
  19. Figures! That's why ya always read the fine print!
  20. You can look into WISP. I also saw an add for AT&T offering no data limits if you have both cellular and DirecTV. I'm entertaining the idea of moving out in the sticks, so it's something I'll be looking at in the next year.
  21. Maybe it's the Libtards arming for a revolution? They have a long way to go to catch-up.
  22. Yes, but unless they are funding the construction themselves the building is not "theirs" until closed.
  23. I would think that the contractor's insurance covers that until closing.
  24. That sucks. I bought a Ninja coffee maker, and the 30oz RTIC fits nicely under it.
