I used to train by holding gallon jugs with sand in them. It really helps with the shaking. Just sit one on each side of the Lazy boy and raise them (arms straight) and hold for 10 seconds. When you can do that for 15 reps...add more sand. Like others have said, avoid caffeine and check on the meds.

Weird this came up...I asked my attorney the same question Tuesday. He said,"keep your mouth shut till I ask you to say something". I thought that was pretty clear advice. He also said to demand a search warrant if they want to search your car. Not sure about that one, I don't have anything to hide in there...but I don't want to have to put everything back by myself on the side of a highway either.

Entering someones home that you do not know, uninvited, is a pretty aggressive action in my opinion. The homeowner does not have a responsibility to chit chat with an intruder at 2AM, to see if the dumbass in his house is drunk or already has a .357 at the his head. If I don't know you and I find you in my house you will have a firearm pointed at you. At that point it is YOUR responsibility to explain why I SHOULDN'T shoot.

I don't have little ones but I know several people that do. The have 2 bags. One basic and most of the second is for the kids. Second bag has the necessities that the children must have plus some additional items to make the situation more comfortable. Games, coloring books, etc.

My current bag hold most everything but I have never carried it any significant distance and I really think it would SUCK for more that a couple miles. Like drag it instead of carry it. Any good sources? Seems like the ALICE packs are drying up. I bought a surplus one from a shop on HWY 72 in Alabama but got it home and the frame is treaked and the straps are to support a belt, not made for a pack at all.

I think a .22 break down rifle in the BOB to get me home and plan to resupply and get outta dodge from there. I'm still looking for a good .22 break down. I have found a few Brownings and none of the Marlin Papoose...they appear to be the only decent quality break down rifles left.

I'm not sure a restraining order would solve your problem You would have to prove it was him in front of a judge and I think (again, not an attorney) it is for physical contact like within 300ft...that type of thing. I have been in a similar situation (sadistic ex GF) she FINALLY gave up and moved on. Never had that type of problem with a guy, I'd hate to say which route I might take...but I could get pretty creative if I had to.

I'm not an attorney by far but I it might be worth your time to see what you can dig up on him. Know thy enemy.
