  1. With the gen 3, but the gen 2 is easier to be accurate with for you?
  2. Good call. People don't realize you could hit someone else,. Money can be replaced. The Monday quarterback would be if he shot someone jacking a car out of the bank. Everyone is different, but I know I would second guess if I should have taken a shot. Now if he just stole money and went on his way I would be no harm no foul. My instructor told us in a convenience store example. If someone comes in pulls a gun and takes money just observe unless shooting starts, but when the crook starts trying to tell everyone to lay on their belly or restraining people or trying to put everyone in the back there is a good chance they will try to kill you so go out swinging.
  3. I forget the case, but I often use that again anti's. Most cops will protect, but with that case you never know.
  4. I was straight up at the same time with my 1911 so I would say its the grip angle. Talked to a guy from glock about it. He told me lowering the trigger to 3.5lbs helped him. He also mentioned its pretty common for those who shoot other guns. Seems if all you shoot is glock you get used to it.
  5. I know one guy who tries to buy every gun he has in a .22lr version if available. I was telling him the conversion kits are a good alternative and sometimes cheaper.   How are the tactical solutions? I am familiar with advantage arms.
  6. Were you low and to the left with gen 3? I know many have had that problem?
  7. Man I wish more people would tell it like it is like her. In a way she reminds me of that woman that caught her kid rioting in Baltimore and whipped his rear end.
  8. What is your normal go to gun? Many like the m&p, Glock, and 45 1911 have .22lr counterparts.   personally I like the 1911 in 22lr. I got a cotl made by walther that should be right around that level give or take a few bucks. The ruger 22/45 is pretty good as well, but a pain in the neck to clean.
  9. I am sure Memphis and some other areas are a big reason for that, but the gun control people ( often lefties) don't want to discuss the deficit of morals and so forth. Just blame the guns
  10. If only the lame stream media would have the guts to say that.   Sadly one party in this nation stays in power because of blaming other people. And using tax dollars to bribe voters.
  11. I am that way in that I don't give the cops a hard time unless they do me. I see people on youtube walking away about "Am I being detrained". I have a permit also and inform the cops of that. I tell them I am aware I don't have to show them it, but since I appreciate their job I do. I have not any but one incident yet and it was more a cop admiring the 1911 grips I had ( 1911 American flag Hogue).
  12. I am not sure anyone really knows until they are there. My first priority would be my family then myself, but if there was a shot I would take it I think, especially active shooter, for one thing it would show the antis what a good guy with a gun can do against a bad guy
  13. With the rant 100% correct. POlitical correctness run amok.
  14. I today's day and age there is no reason unless someone is blind that they should not know how to read. Literacy tests as used in the past were wrong, but I would think all sides should agree informed voters are what we want. THe founders would agree. If someone cant tell you there are 50 states or three branches of government then they probably should not be voting.   Liberals want every loser who is dependent on the dole ( with no ambition of changing that) to make sure to vote to keep the money coming. Without skin in the game it is almost like a conflict of interest.    The sad thing is most of those in places like Memphis that democrats make sure show up to vote liberals would not speak to except at election time and they complain about conservatives.
  15. I had some of the Korean KCI I think. They were pretty good never had a FTF, but a couple buddies told me the baseplates would break pretty easy like when dropped on hard surfaces during a action pistol match.
  16. If not NFA I would own a couple myself. They are not legal in the state I live in half the time.
  17. Very good. I have taken some new shooters as well. I notice at the range more and more girls out there are coming with husbands and boyfriends.
  18. Good joke. I thought it would be a malt liquor truck they would have to put a tail gunner on.
  19. Same here.   I forget the court case, but one argument I often use against the antis is related. There was a case, supreme court I think, that basically said cops don't have to put themselves in harms way to protect people.
  20. They are really nice, but they are hard to find it seems and the price has jacked up. CDNN has them every now and then.
  21. That is a damn good question. No idea why
