Question, if you ship a gun to a person in state how do you get them to fill out the TGO transfer form?

I like going to gunshows, I like the fact that there is a show in Murfreeboro and I hope it sticks around. It's a great way to keep the community interested in firearms. I really don't understand why people that enjoy firearms complain about gunshows??? One thing that I think is forgotton, is every vender from the popcorn guy to the full blown dealer is in the building to make money, I don't think any of them are there for there health. If you don't like the prices or flea market items you see just move along. If you think it is going to suck them most likely it will suck. I have found some real good deals over the years, but they are few and far between. But I still enjoy going and at least would like to think attending a local gunshow is a great way to support a hobby / sport we all enjoy.

Cool Springs is just south of Nashville, huge mall. Franklin Gunshop in the area also, very large selection.

I wonder how having two shows, close to each other on the same day is going to spilt the crowd.

I have a Honda Rubicon and love it. Honda is a great choice.IMO

Why bother asking if someone is a felon, unless you have a way of verfying what the buyer is telling you is the truth how do you know they are not lying to you? Every cop show I have seen, when the cop ask "are you a felon, have you ever been arrested" the perp says no. Then when they call in the perp's info guess what they are a felon and have warrats. Felons are LIARS !!! If you are conserned about the buyer use an FFL.

Like most people I work hard for my money. I have a duty to my family to save when and where I can.

I had the pleasure of touring a chicken kill palnt a few years back, if you are grossed out by these pics you should see it in person.

Just because something is not illegal does not mean that it is just not a god idea. I had a similar problem this past Memorial Day. We had a few friends come to spend the weekend with us at our lake place. We had just got back from a day on the water. it was around 7:30 pm we were on our deck getting the grill going, when my neighbor (who was drinking) less than 50 ft away with no warning fires 10 rounds from his SKS into the woods on his proptery. His proptery is about 1/16 th of an arcre lot. Not much room. Long story short it scared our guest, because an man was firing a gun that was drinking so they packed up and went home. I can't say that I blame them. His actions ruined our weekend, which was not fair to us. Just because something is not illegal does not make it ok. Consumption of alcohol and firearms just don't mix, it's just not safe.

I am confused?? How many beers can I have and still be OK to Shoot?? Is it ok if I have a few beers and point my car in a safe direction??? It may not be against any laws, but it is disrespectful of your neighbors.

Have you looked on Gunbroker or Buds Guns they have Savage model 10 .223's in stock right now. Why would you "give up" on a gun that you could buy today?

Why not just buy what you have been looking for, Savage .223's are everywhere. They are a very common rifle I am sure every vendor on this board has one or can get one. I bet you could get on from Wally World.
