  1. Most important do not go in house untill you make damm sure it is empty. I did same thing and MNPD had gone in back and was in when I walked in. Glock in face and German Shephard wanting you for snack is no way to start out your day.
  2. No, Skeeters in the backwaters of Miss. River and ponds during early season. The blackflies seem to be in No MN/Canada have talked to people with bad stories of them. Forgot the Off one time and had my ears swell up double from so many bites, took a few days to go away.
  3. Ate the finish off my hunting shotgun down to bare wood, but worked great against the Wisconsin State Bird. You would have a swarm of hundreds follow you but not touch down. I do not know what it would do to the plastic/rubber stocks.
  4. Some estate sales have guns almost all in last 20 years have an FFL run them through so they are high to begin with and you pay tax on it. If you really know guns there are some nice and rare one that do go at a good price.
  5. Yard sales they do not seem to care about because few guns sold overall. Flea market is watched close by local PD and ATF as they all have been warned, two busts last year KY/TN&AL/TN Border flea markets netted about sixty people. They were going flea market to out of state gun shows.
  6. Was a student when she started, still looks good for a young mother. Had a real hot website years ago under Jennifer Eichler. Article says name now Foley married Matt. Wonder if they "Live in a van down by the river" You were thinking it.
  7. Once you shoot it you will find all other guns obsolete.
  8. Shot one a while back and it was like a target pistol, ragged hole at 20 yards and I shoot very little as of late. Light recoil no jams. Think you will like it.
  9. Glock 30 Or Glock 36&Spare mag
  10. WD 40 is it,lifetime of hot dovefields to ice storms in duckblinds and not a speck of rust or gun action failure. It works why try to reinvent the wheel.

    S&W 686 question

The grips will interchange with K frame, but it takes a larger fitted holster because of the beefed up frame. They hold up as good as the larger N frame guns to hot loads because of the newer metals used.
  14. TLC or one of the shows ran an hour special on it last week. Looks like a lot of mind over matter combined with street fighting. Would be a great class to take.
  15. Thanks for info after buying a box of gold dots for $22 yesterday I thought may be worth more. Now to find a collectors board.
  16. I had put away a few 25 round boxes of 9 and was wondering if anybody knows what a good price would be to get out of it?

    Smith and Wesson 22S

Great guns.never had intrest untill I shot one. Shoot better than my Ruger, simple to clean. Have a nylon buffer you replace evert couple years and you get a bag of them with gun. Price well under Ruger. Mine has no jams with Remington good ammo.
  18. How does this differ from their SW99?
  19. They are dead in Summer months Oct-Jan are best most of time for gunshows. One dealer had a pile of Glock 27's w/2mags & NS At Goodman. I asked a guy buying one and he said they were $425.00 out door. Looked like only one left later on. RK has taken over and bought out most of the shows and promoters in area over last few years.
  20. Just make a note of date and everything else you can remember about the sale and date it today. File it away with papers you keep forever. All you can do and it will cover you in case you ever get a call about it.

    9mm Revolver?

The Rugers & S&W models bring big bucks because all are collector items.
  22. A couple of the managers of local shops i used to visit told me they have a few dealers they call and go FFL To FFL less hassle than four people who will not pass TBI Call. Only thing out on floor is one they allowed way too much on.
  23. Not You. Just the salt in sweat. I have seen it for many years on private boats in the Gulf Coast. A few Stainless Smiths,Marine Coat shotguns and (Nobody will belive this)Glocks. All you can do is wipe down every day.

    Got a G34 Today

I had one or a couple weeks and never got used to to the stiff recoil and I shoot 44 mags out of a 3" 629 all day. A couple of buddies who have Glock Forties wanted to try it out. None of them cared for the recoil and the stuck with what they had. I know some who love it. I had Glock 33-My mistake
