i actually prefer leather over kydex but have read so many good things about the supertuck. like i stated earlier i may buy the dual carry as well. i figure if i buy both and don't like one i could sell the extra.
-
all i care about is how well in conceals iwb. i probably will never carry owb. sorry that i didn't state this earlier. i've tried iwb holsters that don't conceal all that well unless you are wearing a shirt 3 sizes to big. i really like the looks of the dual carry and have another bullard holster on which the craftmanship is outstanding. i may purchase one to go with the crossbreed.
-
i understand its iwb, i wanted to see how well it worked.

i will be ordering a holster for my xd45c in the next few days. i've got it down to 2 choices, crossbreed supertuck or dm bullard dual carry. i can't seem to find any videos or pictures of the dual carry being used, there are several videos of the supertuck on youtube. does anyone have a dual carry that can post a pic of you wearing it so i can make a decision. edit: already ordered the supertuck but would still like to see the dual carry in use.

the lady i talked to said that the TBI portion had not returned but didn't mention the others. i thought 35 days for my wife's to arrive was pretty good.

didn't know where to post this so here it is. a pic of my wife and 2 of my 3 kids at machine falls. these are not professional quality by any means, taken with a plain ole point and shoot digital. and one taken about half way up the side of the falls and my oldest chillin under a huge overhang. this is where the 2nd pic was taken from.

don't feel bad a friend of mine and me took a trip to st. louis, last regular season game at the old busch stadium, a week before my 2nd daughter was born. those little girls grab ahold of your heart and never let go. CONGRATS!!!

you will also pay twice as much as anywhere else. my wife, who had fired no more than 20 rounds in her life, passed the class with a 9mm. i passed with a .357 mag. you're shooting at a big target from close range, it's hard to fail.

just received this email from the nra. URGENT: Winchester Tennessee is Attempting to Opt-Out of New Park Carry Law! Please Contact Your Local Officials! Several Tennessee counties and municipalities have started the process to opt-out of the new park carry law before its effective date (Tuesday, September 1). The City of Winchester is considering opting out of the new law and will formally consider a proposal to do so soon. On Tuesday, July 14 at 6:00 p.m., the Winchester City Council will consider a park carry opt-out resolution, No. 807. This resolution, if passed, would prohibit law-abiding permit holders from carrying a firearm for self-defense in local parks within city limits. This meeting is open to the public, so we encourage you to attend in support of our Second Amendment rights. All those who wish to speak at the Winchester City Council, may have the opportunity to do so at the beginning of the meeting. Please get there early. The best way to get your opinion through to your local officials is to contact them immediately. Please respectfully urge them not to create a confusing patchwork of laws that will close off local parks to law-abiding permit holders who simply wish to be able to protect themselves and their families. Details and contact information are provided below. Please forward this email to fellow permit holders and Second Amendment supporters. What we're up against - the anti crowd
brooksjr replied to S&WForty's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
what you have to realize is that most of the these people don't really know what they believe. i've been in several arguments/debates with democrats or liberals and once you tell them the facts they are like "OH, i didn't know that's what they stood for". one example is with a past co-worker of mine that claimed to be democrat. i asked him if he wanted to pay more in taxes, if he thought that abortion was ok, and if he wanted his 2nd amendment rights taken away. his answer was no to every one of those questions. my response, "why the hell are you voting democrat then". his answer to that was along the lines of republicans being racist(was a black guy i was debating with). alot of people of every race or religion watch the nightly news and get caught up in the BS. i didn't mean for this to turn into a political post but was just showing an example of the ignorance. i'm sure it probably goes both ways but in my experience conservatives seem to know more of the truth and don't go on the emotion as much. just remember it's all about CHANGE:rolleyes:
