1. Sadly, this is the adult section. :surrender:
2. Is October a bit late to visit there? I've always wanted to go, but I'm not sure a week would be enough for me.   I'd like to see this area.   Thanks for all the suggestions. Keep em coming.
3. Vandy still needs a coach.....and some talent.....and some fans.....
4. I don't really care. Our kids don't yet have passports. If we go out of the country, i'll need to get on that pretty soon.   That looks interesting. Never been there. Thanks.   Been there many times and love it. I'm not sure the water park would be much fun in October, if it's even open then.
5. We stayed in Ft. Walton last fall. It was old, but not crowded. I liked it pretty good. We ventured into Destin a couple of times. I found it very crowded. Lot of stuff there, however.   Thanks for the suggestion.
6. Looks like fun. :ugh:
7. My wife is an avid traveler. Me.....not so much. We have two children; ages 11 and 16. We usually go somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico for fall break. We've seen most everything within driving distance of here. I'd love to hear your advice/experiences for a week long October vacation for me, my wife, and two boys.   Heck, I'm up for most anything as long as it isn't too crowded or covered in snow.
8. Now that's simply awesome! Thanks for sharing. :usa:
9. Helping the truly poor should be left to the church, family, and community. Not the friggin' government.
10. That's been our experience with him. I'm glad to hear your experience was the same.
11. So how did you like Dr. Ross?
12. I've used a couple of the Midwest Industries handguards, and I'd buy another.
13. You won't get this much consensus anywhere!
14. Hell no! No way I'd refinish it were I you.
15. He or I one would be dragged out the door of any church I happened to be attending.
16. http://www.lebanongunshop.com/services.html   This shouldn't be too far from you.
17. I'd ask him to lead by example and see how it works out for him.   Imagine the stink that would come were a white guy to say something similar.
18. You don't light it! :shake:
19. A cup or two of gasoline down their hole will rid you of them in perpetuity.
20. Whatever I feel like shooting that day. You mentioned 9mm, so in that case, it'll be one of these. I'm a bit deprived in that caliber.
21. Git a lil mud on the tires!     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_eyvTPgnM4
22. A man ought to have a pick up truck. Looks like a real good 'un!
23. I'm just 42. There are several there older than me, I've just been there longer. I guess that's what makes it weird.
24. As we were having a dinner for two of my friends/ co workers today for their retirement, it was pointed out to me that except for one older fella, whose only there because no one has taken the time and trouble to get rid of him, it was pointed out to me that I've now been there longer than anyone else.   It seems like just a few days ago, I showed up one February morning. Looking around, most of the guys reminded me of my grandfather.   Man, life sure sneaks upon ya.   I'll certainly miss these guys, and the knowledge they'd amassed, along with the many that have left before them. I don't think I'll be able to fill their shoes.
25. I've been buying Colt ambi safeties from Midway for 30 something bucks. They require a little hand fitting, but it isn't a big deal. I've installed several, and haven't had a problem with them.
