  1. Very nice, I had one just like it. I should have my butt kicked for selling it.
  2. Had a goatee since I was probaly 18 or 19. Cant imagine shaving it off, just dont look right without it. Not that I look good with it.
  3. After handling both, I thinck a Shield will be my next handgun puchase. I currently carry a Glock 19 as my EDC but could see a M&P Shield taking it place as soon as funds allow it.
  4. X2 I ordered mine from Cabelas and put it on myself in no time flat. If its anything like my Tacoma then it should be no problem.
  5. Have fun, we just got back last week.
  6. My very first handgun was an OD green Sigma 40 I bought for home defense before I got my HCP. Only put about 3-400 rounds thru it but never had any problems. Got bit by the Glock bug so I traded it off. Like the others said my only complaint was the trigger, but I wouldnt hesitate to own another.
  7. I would jump on it. I sold a G30 at the last show at the Expo Center for $500 before I got inside the door. Only had 2 mags, ns, and fobus and C-tac holster. A dang good carry gun that I regret selling.
  8. I prefer the old way myself. Glad to see the switch back but I would have still supported the site either way. Dont let it get you down Jksig229
  9. Glock Kimber Ruger S&W Colt Taurus EAA Kel-Tec Iver Johnson Forgeting a few Im sure.
  10. How about a .17 HMR? Ammo cost is about the same as 22 mag and easy to find. Very accurate and fun little guns.
  11. Interesting. Ive been waiting on GM's 16" fluted to be available again. I may hafta look at one of these.
  12. I met John Schneider from the Dukes if Hazzard and Bob Eubancks from the Newlywed Game show when I was a teenager. Both seemed really nice. Before I got on with the city I worked maintnance for a resort in Gatlinburg. So one night a toy hauler with Yamaha wrote all over it pulls in. Turns out to be Vannila Ice, cant remember his real name and dont care. What an @sshole. Not going into details but I have no respect for him.
  13. Green Mountain is great value. I will be putting one on my next 10/22 build as soon as the one I want is back in stock. If you want the best then you want a KIDD barrel.
  14. I really like my Stag model 2. Ive only had it a couple of months but its seems to be a well built rifle. Ive got 500 rounds thru it so far and its been 100% reliable.
  15. Decided it would be a good day to lay outta work, and boy was I right. Snuck to about 100 yards of some roosted birds this morning. They were gobbling hard off the roost at anything. As soo. As they flew down I give em a few yelps and shut up. Come to me like they were on a string.
  16. Most of the time its a Glock 19 in a Galco King Tuk with 124 +p Gold Dots and a Lcp in pocket with fmj's.
  17. Definatly check out RFC before starting a 10/22 build. Everything there is to know can be found there. For that kinda money it will be hard to beat using all KIDD parts. They are considered by most to make the best 10/22 parts. Im doing a 10/22 build currently but more of a budget/superstock build. Brimstone trigger job, Que bolt job, GM barrell, KIDD charging handle spring and guide rod. http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/index.php
