  1. I'll take the .223 if DHF backs out.
  2. I'm sorry for your loss. I had also lost my cat of eight and a half years on Wednesday. I understand the pain you're going through. Rest easy, Ginger.
  3. Mods please remove if this content isn't allowed. As the title states. A hacker, or a group of hackers, has allegedly breached TexasGunTrader.com earlier this week and has managed to get emails and passwords to all 250,000+ members and is trying to pawn it of to whomever wishes to buy the information. According to some comments on this post states that if you click "forgot password," instead of an email with a link to reset it in your browser, it simply states your password so you can punch it in when you try to log back in. How this information is relevant to us is that as we are a firearm related forum just like TexasGunTrader — and we are just as subject to breaches despite the admin teams' best efforts to keep this place locked down and secure. Now, I don't know how things are run here administration wise, but this is a great example as to never duplicate your password across multiple logins for various websites. If your password for this site is also used for your facebook, mobile banking, etc, etc. I would highly suggest you changing it to something unique and definitely no where close to your previous password. As I have previously stated, we are a forum that practices and supports our second amendment rights. We are very much subject to attacks by groups of individuals who do not uphold or respect these values, and I'm sure the admin team is willing and doing everything they can to keep this place as secure as possible. I am sharing the link to the post on the firearms subreddit to share the source of this information. Please proceed with caution with any links shared in the comments as I am unsure of everything that is posted there. Thank you.
  4. I think this applies to most, if not all, hobbies. Had a phase with computer parts a few years back. Could've saved a lot of money had I been smarter.
  5. Are these hard plastic grips or rubberized?
  6. It came out really nice! Well done!
  7. Hmmmmm. I see. ... ... ... ... ... "GO VOLS!"
  8. Looking forward to it! It'd be nice to see stamped on the side of a Jericho 941 saying "IWI US, Andersonville TN." Love to buy products that have our lovely state stamped on there in one form or another... excluding the touristy Nashville stuff.
  9. Good on her for expanding her horizons! Trying to do the same for some friends and family who are in the same boat as she was then. Maybe one day.
  10. Nice little assortment you got there. Hoping to have something as diverse someday. Which one is your favorite to shoot right now?
  11. Nice little collection there. Big fan of the Frommer Stop and 1903 Hammerless. Thanks for sharing!
  12. It's from a box of Federal Champion value 325rd box of lead target ammo thats been the problem. CCI and Winchester has been fine jam wise. Had a failure once with around 700 rounds of mini mags and no failures with stingers. Ammo quality is key with .22LR semi autos.
  13. My Walther P22 is quivering in the corner of my safe just looking at this.
  14. These are exceptionally beautiful. I'm sure these will go quick,
  15. Just as some others have already said, I don't want to advertise as someone who carries. I also don't want to be treated any differently than if I wasn't carrying. I just want to mind my own business and carry on with my day without getting weird snickers from the uninformed and/or being asked to leave even if there wasn't any postage stating "guns are prohibited."
  16. Tungsten is such a great color on a firearm. My ccw is two tone tungsten/black and I love it. Great price on that too!
  17. Man. I'm not much of a bike guy (yet), but I'm looking very forward to the finished look! I also loved the one you finished in June.
  18. I'm starting to feel this now at my local Academy Sports. 12 gauge and 9mm is disappearing much faster than what's coming in.
  19. What in tarnation is this monstrosity?! This is really cool. Thanks for sharing!
