Does anyone have any recommendations for a lady to carry besides a small purse/bag or traditional IWB? I was looking at the We The People Belly band and their Tactical Joggers, but I don't really know what to get the ole ball and chain. She just doesn't carry bags and I don't know if she would like jeans belt and holster (hence the tactical joggers being an option). Any recommendations, suggestions, or inputs are greatly appreciated!!

If you want a small pistol with a lil more power than that keltec, I cant recommend the bodyguard 2.0 enough. It seems so small, but just has the best grip out of small sub 9mm caliber handgun I can imagine. You can get this gun so low in your hand and with the bore axis so low, it has nearly no recoil and a great trigger. A step up from that I would recommend a shield of any kind, but if capacity is an issue for you then I'd get the plus. a step up from that, the 2.0 compact with interchangable backstraps is the best feeling handgun I've ever held. the shield and compact being optic's ready is huge too. Great triggers on all and all concealable. Then for home defense, you could use the 13rd in the shield or a 17rd in the compact to make it a full size handgun. but then again, I'm a smith and wesson guy who thinks glocks grip angle, grip shape, and texture are subpar. you can get a really comfortable grip sleeve for a shield 2.0 as well.

This is a really old topic, but I gotta brag about the deal I got on mine. it was 479.00 free shipping with a crimson trace always on red dot with a 15 and 17rd mag with a 100 dollar rebate. 432 total after sales tax, rebate, and transfer. Beating myself up that I didnt buy a few. BNIB FDE 2.0 compact 4.25" but it was several years ago before they did the flat face trigger

whats going on with the back left of the slide on the serrations? can whatever those marks are be wiped off?

how are you selling just the complete slide? is there a slide manufacturer that is compatible with Shield pluses or something like that?

Is anyone interested in meeting up at the sometime for a "shoot and tell" at the range? I found a range I like, the Stone's River Gun Range over in Antioch only charges 8 bucks for an all-day shooting session and they have some incredible staff over there. They are only open fri-sun, but with the sun going down so damn early (wish we were on Eastern Time) and work, shooting outdoors is really only viable on the weekend. I moved here in June and would just like to meet fellow gun nuts, make some friends, and see some interesting collections so I can convince myself there's a hole in my arsenal. I'm not sure about the rest of the year, but certainly 2025 if anyone is interested! Also, I'm getting a semi 12 from my dad if anyone wants to shoot clays.
