1. There's no making it back to stock. I cut 4" off and threaded the barrel. Today I cut the bolt handle off and attached a new handle near the front. I need to thread the rod and make a knob for the handle then I'll post some more pics.    Still haven't gotten to shoot it and probably won't for another week. Grrr.
2. No, stock mag. I want to get one of the 10 rounders for it.    Haven't got to shoot it. Just dropped it into the stock tonight.
3. Right now it's not very good. It will be fine once I make a bent bolt for it and move it forward.
4. I have a fascination with bull-pups and an abundance of Mosins. What better solution than the CBRPS Mosin stock. It was originally a counter crowned Izzy. I cut 4" off, crowned and threaded it, and added a Timney trigger. I'll be making a forward, bent bolt handle for it soon. If you find this offensive, All I can say is, "You were warned."
5. No idea, I bought mine last year. Sent the paperwork off at the end of Jan.
6. I was going to recommend the same. I have one for 223 and 300blk. The only problem I have with them is if you have a lot to remove the brass chipps stop up in the trimmer. Keep a pair of tweezers handy to pull the longer chips out(this may have only been a problem because I rough cut my 300blk too long). Other than that, I strapped a drill to a chunk of wood and clamp it to the table. I can trim 20+ cases a min with it.
7. I'll have to call, I have 2 stamps that went pending Nov 13th. From the sounds of it, they should be very very close.
8. Bought it from Liberty and had it shipped to Predator.
9. I have one pending. In 4 months you might could try it
10. Add me to any of your Knoxville activities lists.
11. Out of the half dozen of so crates of mosin food, I've never had a crate that looked that good. Most of mine were beat to heck and coming apart or had nasty fiberboard lids. I'm jealous.    I do have a Mosin 91/30 crate that is scheduled to become a coffee table though. (I bought 20 rifles for the crate)
12. I'm building up a 24" AR does anyone have a gas port size chart? I've had a little trouble finding one. What I have found so far says rifle length gas with .089. Is this right?   Thanks
13. I've got 3150 in them and there isn't much extra space.
14. It will not cycle, not even close, and will only feed from factory 10rnd rotary mags.  I have used it manually cycling with factory mags it's airgun quiet out of a 18" barrel.
15. U sure the link isn't http://ammoseek.com ?
16. I'm not sure what I ended up with in it. Dad welded up the frame for me. I didn't like the footprint of the biggdawg design and saved a bit by doing it myself.     I figure I have $250-300 in everything. That includes 12lb of media.
17. Most vibratory tumblers can't handle the weight. I think the stainless media would end up the on bottom even if it could handle the weight.
18. I went with a bigger setup. I built it half myself and half with parts from http://www.biggdawgtumblers.com   I can tumble about 1000 9mm cases at a time.    http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/47088-stainless-steel-media/?p=763474
19. If they don't patch the AMT April is gonna hurt a lot of people. Look it up. Around 100 million people will be paying an additional 10% in taxes. Prepare for a real depression if they don't fix it.
20. Generally you set up the panels in a ~400v string. The inverters are incredibly efficient. I've seen some as high as 97%. The inefficiency is in energy storage. If you are serious about energy storage you wouldn't want to use a 12v system, you would want at least 100v battery string.    There are so many variable to whether or not you could see any benefit of a solar install. Absolute best case would be about a 9 year break even (getting paid a 12 cent per KWH premium on power produced with no maintenance cost). The bigger problems are that in order to participate in the green power program you have to go through a bunch of hoops and you are required to carry insurance on the installation. Real world payout will average 15-20 years on a good installation and you will never break even on a poor one.    I've looked into it, examined the facts, and decided that it isn't worth the hassle.
21. Buy a scale. You can get a scale and powder pan/funnel for about $35. Then you can be safe and use any powder with a recipe for that bullet.
22.
I once saw a crate of Mosins with the lid replaced with glass, used for a coffee table
I bought a crate of mosins for this. I just don't have a house to put it in yet. I got them from classic arms. 20 sequential import numbers.
23.
just got a form 4 back took 14 months
I don't think the form took 14 months. Mine that was purchased in Feb went pending Nov 13
24. From what I've read one concern with gas checked bullets is the possibility of the gas check coming loose in the can. I'm unsure of them being clean enough. I would lean toward no.
