So Spring practice starts next month. Already some interesting things to talk about: USC is going to learn its fate from the NCAA in the Reggie Bush investigation sometime in the next 5-7 weeks or so. A slap on the wrist is the worst I see coming from the NCAA, such a complete joke of a governing body..... Michigan is being investigated by the NCAA for using too many hours a day with their athletes under DickRod. While I hate him and the school, I don't see anything coming of it (see point above). However, it warms the cockles of my heart to see this being reported and getting to the NCAA, since it happens pretty much everywhere. They HATE DickRod in Ann Arbor. I just hope they don't come to their senses and replace him with Jim Harbaugh. Lots of talk about merging or creating "Super" conferences. Intriguing, for sure, but unlikely IMHO. Anybody have a membership to a REAL recruiting website that can post the Top 20 or 25 classes from this Signing day?

weighed myself yesterday morning and nearly sh*t myself when i saw an alltime high of 277. that morning i started a lifestyle change and told myself i need to do this for myself cause HBP and diabetes run in both sides of my family and i dont want either, plus losing weight will make my clothes fit looser making CC easier LOL. the following has actually worked for me and i dont feel hungry. ie also cut out all sugars aside from whats in the fruit and try NOT to eat anything with ingrediants i cannot pronounce breakfast: mixed fruit of tangerines, apples, strawberries, and grapes lunch: mixed fruit and a chargrilled chicken sandwich from chickfila with lettuce pickles and no condiments dinner: same thing as lunch drinks: water costs me roughly 8 bucks a day and my calories intake is 740

use the iphone app that lets you turn on and off lights in your house. randomly do this throughout the day on your vacation

yeah i wouldnt wait until i smoked 15 packs. thatll just make it harder cause itll give you more time to rethink and you may decide not to quit. just toss em. i wouldnt give em away to someone cause thats just helping them continue a nasty habit
