  1. That looks nice for what it is. What was the name of what you used. I have a gun I might try that on.

Burn the Pearls................Nice 1911, I have a series 70 never shot that I am thinking very hard about breaking it in. im not much on letting guns sit in the safe.
  3. I always carried anyway, decided to make it legal before I got i trouble. This era we live in is scary. I remember as a child we never locked our doors and the keys stayed in the cars all the time. Now nothing is safe.
  4. Awesome Pics, Thanks for sharing. And yeah the second duck picture Rocks.
  5. I have shot both flavors and I do not see really anything about the XDm that makes it better, just different. Same Here Mike, I love my XD it does not seem to be any different then a XDm I shot.
  6. My Wife and I took the class at Bass Pro in Sevier Co. and loved it. The range people were very nice also. The only down side is the fact that it is a two day class and as stated gas prices do not help travel, However The class is by donation and the cheapest class i have heard of is $75. Good Luck either way but I do recommend them
  7. WELCOME.....if your looking for anything gunny you have found the right spot.

  9. I am looking to get a nice 22cal to do some plinking with. I know all about the 10/22 and that most prefer it over other 22cal. I have been looking at the Remington 597 VTR and like what I am finding. Does anyone have any experience with this gun and how would you compair it to the 10/22. Thanks BJB
  10. Welcome; we will have to introduce you to the range at Norris.
  11. Afriend of mine sent both of these to me and I thought You all might like them. The first does have a little rough language so if that might bother you please dont open it. It is an Awesome video. Medal of Honor on Devour.com This one is about 6 years old but I have never seen it. and even if you have its one that can be seen again and again Suzanna Gratia-Hupp: What the Second Amendment is REALLY For
  12. :rolleyes:That was not VERY NICE!!!!! How are we suppose to compete with that. When I saw the thread I thought great I can take pics of all three deer I have hanging. That is VERY AWESOME
  13. I like them on the front of my CC. We will shoot silhouette targets that are black. I have a hard time finding my target kill zone without them, especially when moving fast. I can see that being a problem if I need to shoot fast at night. So I like them, and the older I get the more I like them
  14. Welcome in and Thank You For Your Service.

    1911? :)

It amazes me at how personal and pi**ed people get over guns. Most people have guns because they love to shoot. I now have several 1911's . Springfield 1911-A1 and RIA. Both gun work great and for what I do, (every other weekend fun shooting) the RIA dead on and can run any thing I put thru it. Granted if I were to go IDPA I might step up to a custom build. But you need to walk before running. If this is your first get a RIA my 2cents And BTW make mine J&C
