  1. Sig Sauer 2022 9mm Nitron NIB Free Ship : Semi Auto Pistols at GunBroker.com This one includes shipping for $389. I have done business with this company before and would not hesitate to buy from them again. There's many good deals on gunbroker for this pistol if you don't want to buy local.
  2. I would go and try to find a few models as rentals and give those a whirl, or at least see how they feel in your hand. Many good choices in the $400 price range. Springfield 9MM 4IN Package $ Reduced $ $439.00 SHIPS FREE
  3. I have no irons yet. The optic is close. Just gives me more reason to go back to the range.
  4. StrikeFire Flat Top AR15 Red Dot: Red/Green Vortex StrikeFire Red/Green dot. I ordered it with the AR. I need better binoculars to fine tune it. My old eyes can't see anything anymore.
  5. I got my first AR for Christmas from JoeBob's and the service was excellent. I had Smith at D & T Arms do my transfer. I'd like to give props to both companies. I ordered on Christmas Eve, and took delivery on January 3rd. I took her out this afternoon and had a blast. I read many positive reviews from many posters on this forum on Rock River Arms ARs during the holidays. I'd never shot an AR before today, and it's a very dangerous and addicting habit.[/img]
  6. I do know that Wally World/Sam's Club do carry different models of televisions you can't find in other stores. Some of their model numbers are unique. I hate Wal Mart and I've seen them drive manufacturers out of business, but it is extremely hard for anyone to compete with their prices. They do have the cheapest ammo prices around, but I'd never buy a set of tires from them. I'll go to Discount Tire.

    S&W ar15 sport...

http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/long-guns/66533-ar-sale-joebob.html This was discussed on a couple of threads right before Christmas. If you look at JoeBobOutfitters.com you'll find a Rock River Arms middie for about the same price if you use the TGO discount code. The RRA has some pretty good upgrades. I'm no AR expert, but you'll need a new upper receiver to add those goodies you mentioned. I receive my RRA tomorrow!!!
  8. Section 1022 pertains to MILITARY CUSTODY FOR FOREIGN AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS. I don't believe our government is going to detain law abiding citizens, at least I hope not.
  9. I purchased a 226 through Gunbroker.com over the summer and did the transfer at D & T Arms. If you call David and tell him you're a TGO member, the transfer fee is $10.
  10. I ordered one and I think it's worth the wait. Spikes wait is much longer.
  11. Buy this and save yourself $200 and you don't have to assemble anything. Rock River Arms LAR-15 Fall Special Midlength Handguard A4
  12. Have a LGS order you a Ruger if you can get a good price. They're a great gun for the money, but you can buy imported models like a RIA Match for the same price or cheaper.
  13. I don't think the stock trigger on the target pistol is bad at all. I like mine just fine.
  14. If you wanted to spend a little more get the tactical model or upgrade to the match. I'd take either!!!
  15. I bought a Sig 226 from that vendor for my son's birthday. I got a great price and free shipping. They were cheaper than anyone by far.
  16. Sig Sauer 226 Dark Elite 40 SW 2 Mags + Rebate : Semi-auto at GunBroker.com
  17. I'm hoping that Newt will start to rise in popularity as the primary goes forward. I'd love to see Cain as his VP, but Newt's got to keep pouring it on.
  18. Until American retailers (Wal-Mart, Macy's, Sears, etc.) get their collective heads our of their asses, we'll continue down the path of economic ruin. I hate paying top dollar for products made in communist or third world countries. Right now every job is for entry level pay and you're lucky to get that. Falling home prices, 401Ks losing thousands every month, illegals taking over entire neighborhoods, skyrocketing prices, it's enough to make every red blooded America to scream.
  19. I agree with all of your comments, but I believe some of the WMDs went to Syria before our troops hit the ground. I doubt very seriously our government "made" up any facts. I'll leave that to the tin foil conspiracy theorists.
  20. I would highly recommend a Hogue slip on grip. It made all the difference on mine and was cheap.
  21. Get a Hogue slip on grip and you'll love it even more. They're about $7 and is well worth the cost.
  22. Ross Perot was going to win in 1992, and the national media knew it. He killed Clinton and Bush in the debates, and bought many infomercials on TV explaining what he wanted to do and how he was going to do it. He made a bad decision to be interviews on 60 Minutes about a month before the election. They made him look like a fool. I think they made it look like he thought the Bush family wanted to kill his daughter. After that interview, he was done. I still voted for him thought because his vision for the country was right.
  23. I personally feel Ron Paul is too old. I don't like his foreign policy views either. I have no problems with his economic views however. Israel possesses 4 submarines, made by the Germans no less, with nuclear weapons. At least one of those subs are in the Persian Gulf at all times. Three nuclear weapons would wipe out Israel, and their deterent are their submarines. It's very doubtful that their land based missiles would have the opportunity to be fired in the few minutes of warning they would have. I doubt very seriously that anyone or nation could stop Iran from building nuclear weapons.
  24. I added Hogue slip on grips and it made a world of difference. If you have larger hands, you might want to give them a try. It was a great investment for $7!!!
