From all of the "leaked" reports, Zimmerman was attacked from behind. I think the charges are to try and keep a lid on the boiling pot of Sanford. Zimmerman probably won't go to trial within the next year, so this thing should die down by then.

I listened to Gingrich on Hannity last night and he stated he was in it until Romney had enough delegates to secure nomination. He doesn't believe that will happen, so he's planning on going to Tampa. A bad Republican is better than a good Democrap any day.

There was a man in Florida a few years ago that shot a criminal and used the SYG statute for his defense. He spent 2 years in jail awaiting trial. He was found not guilty, but he lost those two years. Criminals are still winning the battle.

If there is no trial or if Zimmerman is found not guilty, are we taking odds on how long the riots will last? I can't help but be cynical about this mess.

According to the reports, Zimmerman was on the phone with the 911 operators and lost sight of Martin. Zimmerman was going to get back in his car, then Martin jumped him from behind and punched him in the face. Zimmerman was then thrown on the ground.

If you look at the Justice Department, you know they're going to try and throw the book at Zimmerman. You think Holder, et al, want to let this go??? Zimmerman will spend a small forturne defending himself, and might possibly wait in jail for his trial. That's odd. I've always found Two Rivers extremely high on their auto prices, and their service department??? The most dishonest of the bunch.

One thing that might help getting off your old sights, would be to put your slide in the freezer overnight. Some people claim it helps, but I've never tried it. Of course, I have Xds, so I'll gladly have someone else get frustrated over changing my sights. Installing a trigger kit on XDs is really simple though.

I bought my Ruger Mark III about 2 years ago. It's got a great trigger and has been flawless. I added the $23 red dot for grins.

I've seen carbon fiber used in lots of applications, and it is extremely strong. It wouldn't take that many layers to be stronger than a polymer gun either, maybe one. I just think it could be done and would be lightweight. It would look really good too.

I'm surprised that some manufacturer doesn't try to make a lower out of carbon fiber. That is a strong, yet lightweight material.
