Vogely and todd may not be cheapest but may be the best

Fine looking dogs you have there I tried this with my Pekingese but got tired of sweeping up metal shavings

I don't understand the 380 from any point of view with the small 9mm's that are out there now. I have a lc9 and it conceals very easy and is a pleasure to shoot. I have not seen the lc380 but don't think I could be convinced its needed.

Great looking gun. The more I see those the better I like them. I plan on getting the glock 30s next but after that I would like to find a glock 27 in that color scheme.

No charge for the clean, inspection and upgrades. Your glock will never feel better.

Well I suppose I can say my life dream has been fulfilled as I along with my glock 26 and glock 19 have just left the glock facility in GA. The visit was all and more than we had ever hoped for. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. I received the new glock annual magazine along with the glock 2013 calendar. Both the girls got the complete spa treatment which included cleaning, inspection and upgrades as needed. The 26 even got a new recoil spring. Both ladies are back in their holsters and ready and eager to perform if needed. Both myself and the ladies were pleasantly surprised by the fact there was no charge for the services. We also learned that glock offers full gunsmith services from sight install to refinishing of slides and barrels. However there is a small charge for these services. If you are a glock owner and find yourself in Atlanta I recommend you visit.

Knoxville Gun Control Activists Rally, Ch 10 News Story
glock55 replied to runco's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The problem arises when only a few dozen show up at every rally in every city. The liberal media then twists the numbers into 92 percent of all people want more gun control. We need to remember politicians have short memories and what they keep hearing is 92 percent, combine that with all these meetings and they become convinced its in their interest to vote for more control. I don't understand why the NRA is not promoting more pro gun rallies. We need one for every one of thiers. I am convinced the anti gunners are more determined to get their way than the pro gunners are. A lesson from history is that the more determined people usually prevail. -
wish my kids were smart enough to learn something cool like that

glock 23 comes to mind. 13 +1 and can carry the 22 mag for back up. as a bonus the glock reliability. I think there may be some other makers the produce a compact 40 also.

I carry a Glock 23 in a crossbreed holster at 4:00 with shirt outside. I find crossbreed to be comfortable and if need be can tuck shirt over it and still be concealed. another good face about crossbreed is you can try for 2 weeks if you don't like it just send it back. I doubt many get sent back though.

Sen. Feinstein: Private Gun Sales Play into Terrorists' Hands
glock55 replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
What it does do, is dry up of the supply [of these weapons] over time. If only she would dry up. She's like a bleeding hemorrhoid !!!! -
Wow! What Pearson is teaching our kids.
glock55 replied to Volphin's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
you have to give the liberals their due, they will destroy this country one mind at a time if that's what it takes. the direction this country goes is not determined by congress, the voting booth nor the supreme court but by the way people are programed to think. if the liberals don't know anything else they know this. -
CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!

welcome to the greatest family in the world, the glock family. just a note of interest don't shoot a glock under water without the correct parts installed.

CCW shoots at mugger in Walmart parking lot
glock55 replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Maybe buying a gun for self defense then never practicing to become proficient with it. There is an important step involved in self defense between buying a gun and having to use it for self defense. this guy is very lucky not to be facing charges for a misplaced round. -
wow! free shipping on every order. what a deal. :stunned:

Have 4 rock river arms in the family and never a problem with any of them. For the pre panic money (when we bought ours) they were the best value for the dollar. I think any name brand rifle will serve well so it's more a matter of what's the best value at the time. Of course the "best" is just an opinion and opinions are like ears everybody has two. In the end "best" or " worst" will be based on each persons own experience with a given product. Best advice is try to hook up with people willing to let you shoot thiers and select based on your experience. Good luck

Looks like Beretta IS pulling up stakes.
glock55 replied to Steelharp's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I applaud Beretta for sticking to their guns on this issue however, this will mean nothing to the liberals. They know that if they can't outlaw guns with one federal law they will win the battle one state at a time. I'm afraid that all the expense these companies spend on moving will be for nothing in the end. I hope I'm wrong about this but this is the way they have won on every issue they seek to push on the American people. All one needs to do is look at the homosexual issue, separation of church /state, illegal immigration and the list goes on. -
Very good article. I don't worry too much about the how of Gods work I try to focus more on the why of Gods work. I figure God can run His creation anyway He wants to so as I read the Bible I focus on why is He doing what He's doing, what is He trying to teach me, and am I responding the way He wants me to.
