I totally agree with alot of range safety rules, but the one shot per second is rediculous. I can see maybe talking to someone that is totally wild trying to shoot as fast as they can, but the average person doing double taps or strings isn't doing any harm. I agree with you about finding another place to shoot Hyaloid, you need to be able to shoot however you want to.

Hell with simulated auto fire, I want the real thing. Maybe I could come up and bring a couple friends and really stir the pot, not knowing the rules officially of course. A couple full auto ARs side by side might just get us thrown out.

You can get the Wiley Xs in prescription as well. They have a "LA" or light adjusting lense on some of their glasses that automatically darken when it's bright or lighten back up when in low light.

I noticed that the last time I was in there. I didn't look at any guns and was wondering if they would take the locks off. How are you supposed to see if you like it just by grabbing it without stroking the trigger as well???

So Rabbi, are you one of the gun shops that charges 10% of the value of the gun to transfer it because you're pissed off that they didn't buy it directly from you??? Normally my local shop charges me $25 to do a transfer. I find that reasonable. I never said to do it for nothing, not much more than the state fees if I recall, but charge a decent amount for your time. I buy all my ammo through them (repeat customer). I buy new guns through them (repeat customer). I buy used guns from them (repeat customer). I buy knives from them (repeat customer). See a pattern here????? If they were to start charging me $100 plus the state fees to transfer an AR, I do believe that I'd go elsewhere. Like you said It's a free country.

Any good gun shop that wants repeat customers should do this for people without charging them much more than the required state fees. If my local shop wouldn't let me transfer guns through them, I'd find a different gun shop.

My truck gets 8 mpg around town and 12 mpg on the interstate. The next truck I get won't have a 8.1 liter gas burner in it or be a dually. I love the comfort of the truck being as it's got leather interior and a crew cab, but I can get the same cab on a smaller truck. I thought that I was going to need the extra hauling capacity of the dually when I bought it for towing equipment, but that didn't quite work out as I thought.

That looks like a good, compact, concealable gun you've got there. Looks to be about the same size as the Kahr PM9.

A little heads up on banned guns. Joe and Dan are selling brand new stripped Stag AR lowers for $135. Since the lower is essentially the "gun", a person could buy a lower and let it sit until they wanted to build it up since it is not a banned lower yet.

I had the standard clips on my CTAC and liked them. I never had any problems with mine. I don't like the J hooks, but the C hooks might work.

Sounds like to me that you are putting too much finger on your trigger. You don't happen to put the trigger behind the first joint of your trigger finger instead of using the pad of your finger do you?

My dad used to call me his speed demon when I was small and raced motorcross. Over the years somehow it got shortened to demon.
