You and me both brother, I road behind a lady and her man for miles on forty, nothing in the right hand lane, flashing my lights, they refused to pull over. In fact, one time tried to break check me.

I understand driving in the left lane on a highway in town. You may need to turn left ahead and are afraid you won't be able to get over in time. On the interstate, however, I can't think of a single reason to drive in the left lane unless you're passing. People who violate this common courtesy should be tazed.
