Could it be....Satan? I don't see how voting for Holder is a good thing tactically or stategically. I see it as a way of trying to fast track the part of the stimulus package set aside for TN and utilizing it to help alleviate the state's economic woes.

One would think that representatives from Tennessee, the patron state of shootin' things! would have better sense. Yet another case, in my biased opinion, of politics taking precedence over representing the people.

Im so tired of Corker and Alexander just going along.... We may as well have Dems in their seats. Wouldnt make a damn bit of difference

Let's not lose our heads here. :hat:

Holder is also a big-government, shoot-'em-up drug warrior from way back. His attitude toward the Fourth and Sixth amendments is as dim as his view of the Second.

I let both Corker and Alexander know that they had lost my vote after they voted for the first "bailout". In November I skipped over Alexander and voted for the first non-Democrat on the ballot.

They're both thieves at best, IMHO.

The state doesn't have any economic woes. The problem we have in TN is the same problem DC has.... spending. Bredesen keeps talking about a deficit but the only deficit is in how much they plan on spending as opposed to how much we took in. TN still set income records again and they call it a deficit becasue they wanted to spend a lot more than that. It is the equvilent of me spending my entire paycheck on guns and then claiming I had a deficit towards my bills. Spend on the bills first and luxurary items last.
