 I upload from a computer, not a phone and do not have an issue. There is an issue with the way you tilt the phone when you take a pic.

When you take a pic, the pic has the axis in which it was taken included in the exif file.  Your phone automatically "rights" the photo regardless of the exif.  When you upload, some software reads the exif and posts the photo that way.  To fix it, edit the pic on your phone, either crop it, resize it or what ever, some will flip the photo according to the exif and allow you to flip it upright.  Save the file then post it.
