Great customer support

Recommended Posts

These days we often see the bad in customer support for any given company. I thought Id share a quick GOOD experience I had.

I made a trade for an older AR15 build and it has a TROY Industries free float handguard. It uses a spring loaded pin and I lost the spring.聽

I made contact with TROY and here is some of the email replies:

So they are sending me a new part at no cost for a 2nd hand handguard thats years old. 馃檪

I love hearing stories like this and I try to brag on companies with good customer service too.

Next time I need a part Troy makes, and price/quality are similar, they get first crack at my $$.

Thanks for sharing this.

Good to hear. I have always had great customer support from Dillon Precision over the past 25 years. My last interaction with them was over a three year old digital powder scale that lost part of its display readout. They sent me a new unit no questions asked within a week.聽

Troy is a solid brand.聽 Not as big name or flashy, but I've never been disappointed by their products for the price point.

Vortex helped me with something similar once.聽 I think these smaller companies understand how to endeer brand loyalty pretty well.
