I have never seen a Buckmark Silhoutte so I searched for a pic of it

here is a url for those of you like me who did not know what it was

That is one heck of a large .22. I imagine it would be fun to shoot. The foregrip makes it look like you hold it sort of like a rifle to shoot. I bet it is accurate.

ok, for those who feel the want this pistol, I'm getting it....and I'm paying an awesome price for it, provided I can outshoot Mark with his Browning medallist!

if I lose, I pay double...we will of course post targets after the match so you guys can make fun of me..

I have some small hope that I can outshoot him, as he hasn't practiced in a long while, and I have time to get out to the range and get that pistol dialed in, then again, he's shooting one of the most accurate .22 pistols on the planet....

Haveing owned maybe a dozen 22 auto's including Berretta's, Brownings, High Standards, Colts, Rugers, And a S&W over the years along with conversion kits for my 45 auto's, I would have to pick a Ruger Mark11 or 22/45 if I could only own 1. They are easy to find, easy to customize, and reliable with about any ammo you load them up with.

hey I had a 72 superbeetle..that was my first car!! after I got the porche engine in that sucker it ran like a cheetah!

and if you remember...my first rifle/firearm was a single shot Ithica .22 trapdoor lever action rifle.

If I ever find another one of those, I'm going to buy it.

Sadly, the first one got stolen by a family member, many years after I received it as a gift, and sold at an unknown pawnshop.

My vote is for the RUGER MKII. I have two barrels for mine. 1) the "slab side" or competition barrel - very accurate and 2) Pac-lite threaded barrel with a supressor. Both barrels shoot great. Its a really fun gun.

Haven't tried any of the others mentioned but I love my Ruger.
