You have done it know! After you get use to shooting the finest handgun in the known universe you will be ruined on all common weapons!Buy all the ammo you can find save your brass for reloading and start saving up for your next 1911! I have five and am always saving for my next one. God help you! ENJOY

I love my 1911's. I also prefer the commander as a carry gun. You will also need a Full size for target shooting. Just to be safe you will want to get an officiers model for 'Sunday'dress clothes, then a 10mm for deer hunting, a 9mm for the wife, and a 22 converstion kit.

The only thing worse than not having a 1911 is not having enormous amounts of ammo to run through it. Congratulations, you wont be sorry. I promise!!
