Anyone got a line on bullets for reloading?

Recommended Posts

Looking for some cheap lead to send downrange. Anyone got a good place (Mid-TN area) to check out? I got prices from Reloaders Bench and MidSouth Supply - but would love to know if anyone's got a good resource they use.

Thanks.

Yeah, i always shop midway and then go see what it is at graf. Cheaper shipping and sometimes the bullets are a little less. Not always though.

ive bought from missouribullet.com, i think thats the site. anyway they are decently priced. not local but they are from where i grew up. easy to do business with. they ship in flat rate boxes so the shipping sucks if you only by 500 but great if you buy 3K

they also offer discounts to police and military. maybe a few other public servants and shooting clubs.

I've used Tennessee Valley Bullets

I had them shipped, and he didn't waste any time.

Thanks for the link - I talked to the guy on the phone and also read some really positive things about his work. Ordered 1000 bullets so we will see how they look when they get here next week. Said they would be ready by Mon, lubed and ready to rock. Not bad.

No problem. I actually ordered the bullets for a young man that Westwindmike was helping to get started in reloading. I never saw the bullets firsthand, but Mike said they were of good quality.

As far as the service goes, I can tell you that the whole transaction couldn't have gone more smoothly. The owner was very helpful, easy to deal with, and shipping was fast.

Best of luck.

What caliber are you looking for? I have a bunch of .40s i want to get rid of. Swapping to plated or jacketed rounds.

I just discovered Roze Distributing which sells Zero bullets. The website says 4-6weeks but I ordered monday and they showed up yesterday. Free shipping too. It was $117 for 1k FMJ .45 . Pretty good deal in today's climate.

I have used zero bullets for a long time and i have been happy with them. You can also order them direct but they do charge more if you dont have an ffl.
